Q: Why has my kettle arrived loose inside an Amazon postal box and not the manufacturer’s box inside the Amazon box?

I received mine in the Russel Hobbs box as well. A bit worn out and soggy. I know its about the product but arriving in that condition may as well affect the content inside. Mine arrived with a scratch and everything just not "put together".

Q: what is the replacement filter for this kettle?

The fine mesh has started to disintegrated on mine so I would also like to know if Russell Hobbs have spares. Haven't checked yet.
