LOVE USING THIS FOR HEADACHES, SINUS PAIN, IF I CANNOT SLEEP RUB SOME ON MY CHEST AND BACK OF THE NECK AND MAKE SURE I INHALE THE SCENT AS IT HELPS ME SLEEP MOST OF THE TIME. THE SMELL OF THE OINTMENT IS VERY PLEASANT AND WILL BUT IT AGAIN AND AGAIN, I HAVE ALSO RECOMMENDED IT TO ONE OF THE GUYS AT WORK TO USE FOR AN INJURY ON HIS HAND JUST WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM HIM. feedback is great from him his hand feels great now and he also uses it for his heyfever and does not have to take tablets or nose spray anymore, it also helps him sleep better at night putting some on his temples and around the nose area keeps his airways open.. love hearing this kind of feedback when I tell others about it
