Duragard Synthetic Blend Universal Hydraulic Tractor Fluid - 5 Gallon Pail

Just a reinforcement of what so many others have said. I bought fifteen gallons of this for the 800 hour service of my Kubota MX5200HST. The steering is smoother with this than it has ever been. I'm going to wear out the transmission now shifting gears because it is so easy. I always avoided changing gears with the mfg. fluid because it was so stiff and difficult. Usually if I have to be in low for loading I would just travel in low also unless it was a really long ways. With this fluid it is like just putting your truck in gear without all the hassle. Without evidence to the contrary I will be using this exclusively. I don't like the dirt cheap lubes because I'm afraid you will get what you pay for and on a tractor with this much hydraulics I can't imagine the pump replacement bills.. But I don't like just paying for the brand label when this works better for less. With so many positive reviews I feel like I trust this to be a happy medium.

Got this to change trans./hydraulic fluid system and front 4wd differential on my used 2011 model year, 1529 Massey-Ferguson hydro-static 4wd tractor with backhoe and front loader. Tractor had 517 hrs. and no history of hydraulic fluid being changed. Mechanic from Dealer where I purchased the tractor saw the specs. on the bucket after I got delivery (took 10 gals., 2 buckets) and he said this was perfect for my tractor and I couldn't get anything better. Old fluid looked like chocolate milk and horrible odor. Installed new filter and cleaned internal sediment/metal filter. Refilled with this Duragard Synthetic Blend fluid and my tractor seemed to really love it! Owner manual said to bleed system to get air out after changing but I decided to try it out first and everything worked perfect. Probably bleed later but right now this fluid is perfect. Everything seems to respond better in the hydraulics and transmission. Highly recommend this fluid. It comes with a label that has "batch no." and D.O.M. date which I presume means "date of manufacture". Mine came with new date so guess they wait until you order before they make the blend. Mine had that fresh oil smell and looked like a dark red wine. Buckets have easy to use pull out plastic spout and a plastic tab punch-in air tab to ease pouring.

I put this in my L6060 and it seems to be a very good hydraulic fluid. It did have a sweet smelt to it when first installed. Hydrostatic transmission works great and the price is good compared to the OEM fluid.

Half the cost of Kubota brand fluid. Did a complete fluid and filter change at 200 and 400 hr on a 2015 BX25D, no issues at 450 hrs. Tranny runs a little smoother and quieter. Hydraulics initially run a little choppy when its cold, a few minutes of warm up and smooth as silk. I noticed its a little foamy after its warmed up. I bought the 5 gallon bucket, after the change and topping it off i had about a gallon remaining. Bucket has a nice pop up pour spout which makes it nice on the refill to hit your funnel. I will probably continue using unless I start seeing alot of negative reviews. Did another filter and fluid change at 620 hrs, fluid looked good, smelled used. After the change fired it up, quiet and smooth as silk again. Hopefully, routine maintenance will add some longetivity to this little machine. So far fluid has been a solid performer at 1/2 the pricing. I also changed front axle gear oil, and fuel filters.

This fluid appears to have the same properties as the AGCO Permatran 821XL. Given the large price advantage, I had to give it a try. 20 more hours on the tractor after changing the fluid for the 50 hour recommended maintenance. So far, so good.

Used in a Yanmar SA121. Works great. The old fluid was nice and don't know how many hours on it, but the new fluid made the transmission and all hydraulics so quiet, it's great!

Cheaper alternative to the name brand for my Kubota mini x

This oil is approved for Kubota's and the specification of it are excellent. I purchased it because the specs were good and the price was considerably lower than the typical overpriced dealer fluids! I will continue to purchase this again because I have had very good experience with it. Shipping was fast and the packaging was excellent. Very positive experience with the seller.
