Snüte Double-wall Whiskey Nosing Glass

I love these glasses design and their size in my hand. The quality is so far quite good, does not feel fragile. My first order had one chipped glass, a bit odd, but AMZ made the replacement trouble-free. I bought into the theory of nosing whiskey/bourbon and keeping it cool with the double sided wall. I think that theory applies as well to Wine and Espresso. I like the nosing while drinking. In the past I used cognac glasses, they're bulky and not convenient, fragile. In some ways I would have liked these glasses to be slightly bigger, but not sure how practical that would be. My first espresso "tasting" was interesting, the hot shot condensed the warm moisture from the cold air on the top half of the glass. I forgot to swirl it to preheat the glass. While I enjoy it, I'm much better at drinking bourbon :-)

I received a pair for Christmas and I love them. Beautiful and practical. You can keep them on display or enjoy them with your favorite brew.

Nice quality glasses. I really like the double wall , it keeps the bourbon at desired temp. I use frozen stones in these glasses to chill my bourbon without added water.

But their plastic!!! But my hubby does like them.. so if he is happy so am i...

I bought this pair of whiskey glasses to replace a (literally) broken pair of glasses that were designed the same but bought at a higher price. These glasses work well (conveying the aromatics of a neat pour) and are beautifully sculpted for an elegant aesthetic appeal. Note: do not put in a dishwasher, but gently hand wash without using a brush (the interior walls are fragile).

These glasses are nicely made and were packaged well in a padded tube so both glasses were unbroken. I was concerned that the design would create too wide a brim and make sipping from the glass feel odd to my lips, but I find that the wider rim is just right and I actually like these more than sipping from a classic Glencairn design. They also are substantial enough that they don't feel fragile, yet they are light enough to feel nice. Don't hesitate to give these a try if you are wanting this style glass!

First glass lasted about a month. The inner glass easily broke where it joins the outer at the rim as I was hand-drying. Good looking, but I wouldn’t buy again.

The glasses are very well made and being double walled the whisky stays chilled.

I like the glasses, it's unfortunate that one of them wobbles when placed on a flat surface. Maybe their quality control should try that before packaging them up for sale.

They arrived shattered
