Best White Hot Chocolate I've ever had.
I tried the Ghirardelli Sweet Ground White Chocolate Flavor Powder, and it’s quickly become a favorite in my kitchen! Here’s my honest review: Flavor (4.5/5): The powder delivers a rich, creamy white chocolate taste that’s indulgent without being overly sweet. It has a smooth, velvety profile with subtle vanilla notes, making it perfect for both beverages and desserts. I used it to make a white chocolate mocha, and it blended beautifully with espresso and steamed milk, creating a café-quality drink at home. Versatility (5/5): This powder is incredibly versatile. I’ve used it in hot chocolate, iced lattes, milkshakes, and even added it to brownie batter for a white chocolate twist. It dissolves effortlessly in hot liquids and mixes well in cold ones, with no clumping. I also sprinkled a bit on whipped cream for a decadent touch. Texture (4.5/5): The powder is finely ground, which makes it easy to work with. It creates a silky texture in drinks and baked goods. However, when used in very cold liquids without proper blending, it can take a bit of effort to fully dissolve. Value (4/5): The 3.12 lb can is a great size for frequent use, and while it’s a bit pricey, the quality and quantity make it worth it for special treats. It’s more cost-effective than buying coffee shop drinks, especially if you’re a white mocha fan like me. Overall (5/5): The Ghirardelli Sweet Ground White Chocolate Flavor Powder is a must-have for anyone who loves white chocolate. It’s easy to use, tastes amazing, and elevates both drinks and desserts. Whether you’re a home barista or a baking enthusiast, this powder adds a touch of gourmet indulgence. I’ll definitely repurchase! Tip: For the best white mocha, mix 2-3 tablespoons with 8 oz of steamed milk and a shot of espresso. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of the powder for extra flair!

Tasty with whipped cream
I do not drink or eat caffeine, so I am on a perpetual search for decaf hot chocolate. Hershey's used to make Goodnight Kisses, but that seems to be gone. So I tried this. It's not bad. The instructions made no sense to me "Mix with milk and steam in a pitcher." What does that mean? I mixed the powder and milk in a mug and put it in the microwave. You have to stir it often because it stays clumpy. My sister (a chef) said that I need to watch it carefully in the microwave because it will burn easily, and that this type of mix tends to be clumpy. Nonetheless, with whipped cream it was pretty good. Not hot chocolate, but it will do.

White chocolate like that of a specialty coffee place!
When I tried this I started to think about a hot white chocolate that my husband would get from a specialty coffee place. It can be rather sweet but you can change it up to your liking which is nice. The best preparation is in a pan with milk, add the amount that they suggest or less to make it less sweet. The good thing about hot white chocolate is, you don't have the caffeine content like a regular hot chocolate. Smooth creamy and excellent with hot milk!

Great flavor for decaffeinated option
This is the perfect decaffeinated option from milk chocolate. It is a soft powder that mixes in better than milk chocolate. The flavor is great!

Good grief, this makes any drink absolutely delicious & tastes better than DUTCH BROS
My daughter made me an iced coffee on Halloween with marshmallow ghosts and it was by far and away the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. Turns out the key to the whole thing was this beautiful sugary yummy powder. She brews a double or triple shot of espresso and adds roughly 1.5-2 tablespoons of this, mixes until dissolved & pours over ice and then tops with half and half - you will not be sorry. PS: don’t look at the calories.

After seeing so many hype and reviews about this brand of white chocolate mocha, decided to try it. Hoping to emulate my own hot white chocolate mocha at home. It taste nowhere near like starbucks A little disappointed that it has that weird after taste. Bottomline, this is not for everyone

It's not cheap, but I think it's probably the best white chocolate powder you can easily get.

This was not flaked white chocolate as we expected, however has a sugar like texture, combined with what looks like coffee mate, sounds gross but tastes divine. It makes the most amazing white hot chocolate when you stir four tsp into a mug of hot milk, and stir the same amount into freshly brewed coffee,( we have a senseo) and you have the most luxurious white mocha you can imagine. Rich, tasty and not too expensive this is worth every single naughty calorie. Oh and Hubbie says that it tastes awesome straight from the spoon in all it's grainy glory.
