I ordered this because another reviewer said it fit their IKEA futon. I have a full size IKEA futon and this just BARELY stretches to cover it. In order to keep the middle tucked in/not puffy, the back does not go down to the bottom of the frame or cushion. I have family coming so it will do in a pinch. It's not a comparable substitute for the original cover (I didn't expect it to be.) If you want a cheap cover that will get you by then get it. Or if you have a smaller futon it would probably be great. I wish it was bigger and it would be ideal if it had a seam in the middle.The material is really soft and feels lovely to sit on. So far it seems to be holding up to pet hair well - vacuums off easily. I love the color. I purchased the brown and it blends in perfectly with my walls which are plum-brown.

I purchased this lovely item in Ivory color. It levels up my grey/green futon from Walmart and fits very well. It has a soft, comfy texture that I also love. So far, it has stayed in place, due to it's snug fit and stretchy fabric.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This futon cover was perfect. I was worried about picking the wrong dimensions, but if you follow the dimension charts as recommended by the seller, it should be an excellent fit. I replaced an old shabby oversized cover my futon came with, and the new one fits like a glove. The checkered pattern is also a plus, and the snug fit and stretchy material of the cover keeps any wrinkles from forming. The cover extends and also covers the back when the futon is converted to sofa. I am for sure going to order one in another color as backup. Thank you!
