Mrs. Anderson’s Baking Chocolate Form, Truffles, European-Grade Silicone

i love this. it gives me chocolates the perfect size. i should have bought several of these when i bought just the one. i use it as a topper on cupcakes. update.... 2023 originally purchased this back in 2017. and i loved it. it was the perfect device for my needs. however, time passed and it was stolen. so i had to buy another. thankfully it was still being offered. i love it. it works just as well as it did years ago. i've had to repurchase a lot of items that were stolen. this i the perfect size for my needs. so next time around i purchased several and hopefully won't have the same issues whereas i'll have to purchase this yet again. i add my chocolate. i put it into the freezer. and receive perfect little balls, that pop out with ease. it's easy to clean. easy to dry. once again an excellent purchase for at an economical rate.

Excellent!! The molds are small (maybe the same perimeter as a quarter?) But the PERFECT size for rich truffles. I've been making truffles by hand for a few months and this baby saved me so much time, they were all identical in size (obviously, but worth mentioning since my hand truffles always varied), and came out beautiful! Only thing it that the directions that come with it say to cool them in the fridge for twenty minutes then let them sit at room temp before popping out. I found that after doing this my truffles suck to the inside and came out disfigured. I popped them back in the fridge for 10-15min, then pulled on opposite sides of the mold to stretch it and help loosen the truffles. Worked great! You do have to work them a little to pop out but the still came out perfect. VERY PLEASED and would HIGHLY recommend!

After quite a bit of searching, Mrs. Anderson’s was the only mold I found with 18 reservoirs. Although I can’t speak on what others may have received, these appear to be the genuine article. They arrived in a Mrs. Anderson’s box, the brand name is molded into the silicone & there’s a truffle recipe card included. I also prefer the brown color as opposed to the ugly red most commonly found online. They appear to be durable & should be easy to use. Definitely a keeper!

We love to make her own chocolate at home but we just didn’t love the molds. The chocolates are very very small so unless you’re using one that firms up very hard it just didn’t work for us. I make chocolate using some cocoa butter but also coconut oil so it makes it more prone to cracking which is hard for these molds. Also this mold is very hard to clean. I made the mistake of making pesto and freezing them in this mold and the next time we made chocolate it tasted like pesto. I tried soaking the mold in Apple cider vinegar and water and even baking soda which didn’t work. As a last resort I put it in the dishwasher and now it has this white film that’s very hard to wash off.

I have made hand dipped chocolates since the 80’s and took a chance on these. Perfect size and the roll in chocolate beautifully! I wanted to take a try at the viral Dubai Chocolate bars, making bite size ones and it was on point. I’ll be ordering a couple more to have on hand

Love this! I use this often. I'm allergic to soy so when I was hosting a smores party I immediately got this so I could make myself some soy free chocolate bars & it worked perfect! I used plain EnjoyLife chocolate chunks, melted it down in the microwave & spooned it in. I only had to have it in the freezer for an hour before it set & was usable. It's shallow so each square holds abt a Tbsp of chocolate. It was super easy to clean by hand (I learned early on that putting these molds in the dishwasher dries them out, takes away their shine & makes it harder to release) since there's not many nooks & crannies. Highly recommend!

I have searched everywhere online for an affordable, food grade, half ball candy mould. I don't make candy often so this is the perfect price and easy to store away so you don't notice it taking up any space. You'd think it wouldn't be that hard but most places want around $12, the super cheap ones on ebay don't mention if they are oven safe or safe for hot foods at all, and what I have found are large 6 half ball moulds. This is the perfect truffle/bon bon size. It is easy to clean, makes 18 treats, withstands high oven temperatures and is easy to use. I will be buying more from this company in the future! They feature classic candy moulds that are big enough to make filled candies.

Order two of them because its smaller than the expected, but its perfect bite size, the shape is soooo cuuuute, I made chocolate truffles with oreo cream cheese filling, and my family like the size and the taste of the truffles.
