Have 14 ply tires on motorhome. Had them balanced twice (6) was no good. Installed beads myself per instructions ( broke bead one side) just returned from 2000 mile plus trip and they work Great

Snake oil. Never thought they would work. I was completely amazed. Purchased for several projects and put in my 2006 Dodge 3500 as a Guinea pig. Well they are smooth as silk. BUT that was nothing compared to fact that one road I drive produces a harmonic Road base bounce in all the trucks I drive and everyone else’s. LEAF SPRING. I’ve watched Ford F-350 flex three inches. I’ve spent thousands over the past ten years on two other trucks to make it stop. Little help. Shocks, tires, pressures, shackles. THESE TIRE BEADS MAGICALLY REMOVED THE HOP. I still don’t understand, and I’ve tried, but they are Amazing. Henderson Nevada 215.

This appears to be a good option for homeowners for balancing wheels without having to pay a tire shop to spin balance your mounted tires. The tub is a by far the most affordable option when buying this product as opposed to the small bag option. However, as others have said in their comments, my tub was delivered damaged by poor shipping packaging. However, the tub wasn't fractured and broken, just caved in which was semi-repairable. A comment that I read from others before buying this product was that you needed to buy special air valve cores with filters for each wheel to prevent the beads from getting possibly stuck and clogging the valve causing a leak. That doesn't appear possible as these beads don't fit through the air valve hole due to their size. I've used other brands in the past (Dyna Beads) which are much smaller in diameter, and they definitely will jam the air valve if the filtered air valve cores aren't used. I don't see that happening with the Esco brand as they are much larger beads. I installed these beads into my car's tires by removing them from the car, deflating the tire by pulling the air valve core, and then breaking the bead of the tire from the rim which allowed me to pour in the beads between the rim and tire gap. All my tires re-seated to the rim easily while re-airing the tires. I also removed all the existing wheel weights from each wheel before re-mounting them onto the car. For my size wheels, Esco recommended using 3 ounces per wheel. On one of my cars it worked fine, but on our Subaru Outback, it did not. However, the tires on the Outback had already started to wear causing an audible pulse when driving at 45 mph or above. So, to be fair to the Esco product, I was asking it to balance a tire that had already had a wear condition ( 45,000 miles on the tires when done). I may try to correct the issue by deflating the tire, breaking the tire bead once more, and then rotating the tire on the rim to see if this helps the vibration problem with these tires. Again, I don't see this as a failure on the Esco beads not correcting this issue in my application. I would recommend the product despite the issue I had with our Subaru not correcting the bad tire wear.

Great price for a premium product

mostly for big vehicles. I've taken off the weights to my rims and replaced them with these beads (3oz.) so far the wear on my tread is minimal. buying this bucket...I'll never have to buy these again...ever.

Nice product in bulk quantity. I put some in through the valve stem but it took a long time and clogged often due to larger size. Over an hour for 1 tire. Plan on putting them in through a broken bead or tire to rim opening. I will buy again.

Work awesome balanced four sets of 33-35” tires and not one issue. Wish the balancing chart had how much a full cup weighed, just for reference

Recently purchased a 3/4 ton pick up truck, it had a tire shake, I have my own balancer, I balanced the original tires with no luck, I then replaced the tires for good quality all season, and had them balanced on my balancer, they still shook, I took them to another professional balancer, better, but still a shake. I finally took off the weights and installed 6oz of balance beads in each tire.... the shake and vibration is virtually gone!! The beads balance the whole turning mass and I suspect I have a brake rotor or an axle shaft that is running off balance, smooth as glass now. from zero to as fast as you want. They really do work!
