These are sturdy tags and attach right to my cpap bag. I travel a lot and was always concerned with TSA checks along the airline claiming it as an extra bag. Listed right on the tag is the American Disability Act and reference number so I never have to worry about problems carrying it on board. A lot easier than carrying all the paperwork to prove it.

This was a great help while traveling internationally. It plainly identified my husbands Cpap equipment and therefore was not opened because the xray machine thought it was something else.

I like the fact it was just like the picture, be aware the information is printed on cardboard which you place into a plastic sleeve. I wish the information was on a plastic card because as soon as it rains and gets wet it is likely to fall apart but you get what you pay for and I need this for a last minute trip.
