These work great when you are in a rush and don’t have time to wait on a wax warmer to heat up. Also great for beginners and touch ups To get the most efficient hair removal after applying the sheet to the area you are waxing, just rub the strip vigorously then pull. You will get more hair that way then not rubbing it.

This is probably my first Amazon review ever (even though I order a crapload of stuff per month) but I feel like it's worth doing here, because these strips have really come in handy on several occasions. HOW TO USE: When you apply the strip, lay it down on your skin in the SAME direction your hair is growing in. Then, be sure to smooth the strip down by rubbing it firmly with your hand - rubbing in the SAME direction your hair is growing in. This makes a big difference. Then, tighten the skin around that area by pulling it taut with your less dominant hand (if you're not a super lean/ripped human), and then quickly pull the strip up/off in the OPPOSITE direction that your hair grows in. Don't go slowly, you'll end up with a bunch of wax on you, and also the same amount of hair that you started with. It's also how bruising occurs. You can also bruise yourself or irritate your skin if you keep applying strips to the same areas over and over again. End rant. Anyway, if you do it that way ^ it ends up being a pretty decent wax and is way cheaper than going to a salon. That said, these aren't the stickiest strips in the world and I can usually only use one strip twice, MAYBE three times, before it's useless and I have to move on to the next one. My only gripe is that this stuff isn't water soluble and it's a real b*tch to get off counters/floors/your (head) hair if you're clumsy like I am. :)

I bought this to use during quarantine since I can’t go to my usual wax spot. I cut them in half for my underarms since the hair grows in diff directions. I like that I didn’t have to warm them before putting them on. I just peeled it off, applied it based on directions and pulled off quickly. My hair was long and I didn’t trim it and it still worked. Did use about 3 strips (6 total on both sides) and my underarms look like they were waxed by my salon. If your strip doesn’t pull much hair you can use it again and really rub it in and it’ll work. Had no issues other than the wipe dried out pretty quickly but any oil will work.

My wife's review bellow: I have been using this for quite sometime. There is a change to have a good strip or not. Sometimes the wax gets too dry to the point that it will come off the strip like a sheet, even after trying to warm it up with your hands. Some helpful tips way to warm up and remove the stubborn wax off. Use your blow dryer for a few seconds on each side of the strip instead of rubbing it between your hands. If you you don't have sufficient wipes, just use and old cloth with some baby oil after you had done all your waxing. DO NOT use it bettween waxings . Otherwise the wax will not stick to ur skin to finish the job.

They are SOO very easy to use and its really gratifying to see those hairs. I use this on my underarms and mostly lower leg and some upper thigh/knee. THEY really work and I am obsessed. They have saved me from spending money on getting my legs waxed and have saved me from shaving bumps! My legs have never been happier.

1. All pain with no gain. I followed the directions, applied to a clean, dry leg, ripped off quickly, parallel to my leg, and against the grain. It only took off maybe half of the hairs, and furthermore, the hairs it did take off, majority of them weren't pulled out, but rather just broken. I go over the same spot again, same thing, but with the added bonus of what I get to in point 2 below. So, I'm left with a patchy, stinging, stubbly leg. If I want it smooth, I have to go shave anyway, which totally defeats the purpose. 2. Gel comes off of strip in patches and gets stuck to your leg. As I was getting into above, when I try to go over a spot *again*, hair doesn't come up, but rather patches of the gel come off of the strip and get stuck to my leg. So I have hair still there and the added hassle of trying to get clumps of gel off with the SEVERELY limited number of wipes given. It's just.. There's really nothing good about these strips for me I used Veet ready wax strips years ago and they worked better than these do now. I don't know what changed, but this purchase has been money out the window.
