Seems to be good nectar. Wish instructions were simpler. Makes 1.5 gallons of nectar.
Wile I can't really comment on whether the hummingbirds like this more than other brands, it was fairly easy to mix when I figured out the measurements. While it has a chart for oz of liquid and Tbsp of concentrate, it does not have more common measurements like cups per gallon for example. If you're like me, I make this nectar in a gallon container and would prefer a simple cups per gallon or even a cups per liter (so you could mix up in a common 2L bottle. This package makes 192 fl oz (or 1.5 gallons) of nectar. I like that it's color-free as I've read that's better for the birds and my feeders are already colored to I don't need a red liquid. It dissolved well in warm water and is nice and clear in the feeders.

Love the portion choices
We don't have a whole lot of hummer traffic but we have enough to keep our one little feeder going. I really appreciate that I can choose how much to make so it doesn't create a lot of extra waste. It's super simple to measure and mix. We'll definitely stock up for next season!

Hummingbirds seem they do not like it
It seems that the hummingbirds do not like it. I normally get three to four birds. Now I get none. I will use Domino sugar and make my own.

Hummingbird Nectar
I put out my feeders August 25, 2025 ( Texas). Filled all feeders with this Perky Pet clear nectar powder. WOW!! Hummingsbirds everywhere. They love this stuff It's now October 7th and I'm still still see some stragglers. I will definitely but this again for next season
