I am looking for a sweet like Keto friendly bar to snback on occasionally. This one looked good, but I won't be buying anymore. Before I review each flavor, let me report a very unpleasant characteristic shared by all 3 flavors: It feels like the sugar substitute they used did not completely melt into the ingredients so it's like chewing on a soft bar dipped in granulated sugar. Imagine making whip cream. Pour sugar and beat the cream to a flufffy consistency. In some cases, for instance too much sugar weas added, the granulated sugar fails to melt into the concoction and each bite gives the impression of munching on raw sugar. That's what all these bars do. It's not terribly unpleasant, but I associate it with poorly baked or whipped desserts and for me it is unpleasant. FLAVORS Let's start with the worse: Mint Chocolate. This is terrible. It's minty, alright, but the flavors simply do not mesh and there is a terrible aftertaste to it. The first bite was sort of OK, but I could tell immediately it was on the very sweet side. Then the aftertaste hit and frankly it made me gag. I had to spit it out. Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond: This is the best of the bunch and I may even order a few. Chocolate Peanut butter: This is also passable but not as passable as the one above. The flavors seem dissociated from one another. Very strange and the consistency is as bad as the other bars. The last two were ruined by the crunchy sugar texture and by a lack of "glue" in the recipe. The bars tend to crumble apart. I have tried other sugar-free or substitute that did not do that at all. The sweetener did not "crunch" and the bar didn't crumble. If the manufacturer wants to send me a sample that is better baked/cooked, etc. I'll be happy to try it and change my review accordingly. There is always the chance this was a bad batch, but I am not spending my own money on this experiment.

These bars are amazing. I have been searching for a keto bar without seed oils or other crap in them, and this is the closest I've found. It's not ideal because the cocoa is Dutch processed, but overall it's the cleanest bar I've found. And the fact that it's my favorite flavor (mint chocolate) makes me willing to sacrifice the cocoa quality. They do not spike my glucose levels at all, and also handle a stomach problem I've had for many months. They taste great overall. They are a little salty for my taste, but it grows on me. The erythritol feels slightly granular when I eat it, but it doesn't bother me. I feel great after eating these bars. They taste fresh, they don't really melt at all and are slightly hard but not too hard. I've now subscribed for auto-deliveries on these. Update: I bought the peanut butter flavor to try as well, and these are very good. They taste like real peanut butter, not the fake Reese's stuff. Very good.

I had on auto ship . Tasted good. Received two months fine . But third month the bars were like melted, stuck to the wrapper on the one end. Had to get a refund.

These bar’s provided the protein I needed along with some fiber- really important to me, along with the low sugar. These bars were tasty and satisfying.
