I loved this book. It increased my faith as I read on. Beautifully written. I have read it all now, and highly recommend it. Easy to read too!! So much of the history of these miracles is awesome.

If one doesn't have any knowledge or interest in the essential part of the Catholic Mass - the Consecration -then this many be a difficult subject to fully understand. Many Catholics over the centuaries have found it difficult to accept that the bread and wine become the Body and Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, but these miracles - accepted by the Church - prove the opposite with, for example , Hosts actually bleeding.The book covers many more amazing examples and of course the purpose of these miracles is to prove to non-believers the reality of the Host and this book lists over 50 fascinating occurances.

I bought this book thinking it would be an interesting read. I have a deep love for the Eucharist anyway, so did not think this book would do anything in that respect. How wrong I was! This book is well-researched, written in clear plain English so that those who struggle with English can read this book (I am pre-lingually deaf so I do struggle with English sometimes) - really readable. I read it in less than a week! But the impact it has had on me has been unexpected and amazing! It has deepened my faith, enriched my belief, and has given me an even more profound love for the Lord and gratitude at this most wonderful of gifts that He has given us in the Eucharist. For the first time for many years, I have been really EXCITED to get to Mass! Thank you for writing this! I was not aware of ANY of the miracles before reading this book! I am going to get Joan's other books. Do buy this. Well worth every penny. I bought mine via the marketplace a mint secondhand copy and really so glad I did!

Beautiful book well written and full of interesting facts

So I now need to purchase another copy . This is a book to nudge you or actually cosh you over the head for whenever you stroll up for Holy Communion unprepared for the hugeness , the privilege, the blessing ,of what you are about to receive.

I had read a lot about this book and how it had increased the faith of those who read it . I was very impressed and a better , more spiritual person for reading it.

Definitely buy this it is well worth reading about miracles about the Eucharist
