I am always a bit vigilant, though I act mellow, so the metabolic stress stays 'inside'. This does reflect in my natural ability to get to sleep. Since using this extract for nearly a year now, it remains an effective product to calm that vigilance and help me to sleep... sometimes take an extra dose toward morning to keep me calm and asleep.

Two of these Magnolia Bark caps. and 3 Ashwagandha and 1/2 Trazadone and I got 7hrs unbroken sleep last night. Today I am a much nicer person.

Does seem to work, hav to take 3 though to really feel it, as per another customers experience as well (thanks for the tip btw) One just doesnt seem to cut it, maybe if taken during the day to regulate your mental perhaps This supplement has other added benefits to your well being along with its ability to calm that is not overpowering.....if you let yourself sleep (especially if you eat enough prior but not right before sleep) it should work out just fine

This is the best Magnolia product I have found. It helps with relaxation and sleep. I heard it might be discontinued. I hope it's not true!

They have helped me sleep. It takes a little while to get into your system and I take 3 about an hour before bed but they definitely have helped.
