no it does NOT - true measure is 21.5 x 21.5 and very cheap

Q: how many bandanas in one package for 5.99?

I ordered three individual extra large ( 27" x 27" ) bandanas for three different prices ( from the same place ). All varied in quality, blue was best, then red, then green. Can't explain why the prices and qualities differed...all were ordered the same time.
