I love this. Everything is good about it.
I lovvve this. All metal construction. Built like a tank. Excellent traction. Like very coarse sandpaper. And o has a nice rubber mat in case your feet can’t handle the rough grip tape. The rubber mat works really well. Stays in place, has great traction, and feels really nice to the feet. Folds flat really easily and takes up very little space. I just slide it under my bed when I’m done.

It's a Strech to not call this an effective product
I like how easy it was to set up and how fast it came in the mail. There was a ton of packaging which was helpful in protecting the product, however it did take longer to get it out of the box. The product is all in 1 and no assembly is required. It's been helping my plantar faciatis and also by bone spurs in the morning.

Streeeeeeeeetch Your Calfs and Hams
I use this in conjunction with my FUEL dip bar after I spend time on my ROVE elliptical machine. It is lightweight, super strong , well made and easy to adjust. One thing that I like about it is I don't have to worry about losing the pins that come with the wooden versions. Also the anti slip material covers the entire surface.

Good for stretching if you make a simple modification
I have been looking for a good calf stretcher to help me with my arthritis. After trying 2 other types made of wood from other sellers, I ordered this one and it works fairly well. It is the right size and has a very large area with non-slip material covering it. Note, however, that it is wider than it is tall. At only 11.5 inches in height, my size 11 women’s shoe just fits this device. A larger foot will hang over the top or touch the ground at the base. This said, when I first unboxed my device, the bar that you used to adjust the angle was jammed and I wasn’t able to move it. I don’t know if it got bent a little bit during shipping or if they just make them all this tight. When I was finally able to free that bar, however, the device worked just fine. No damage to the device and I may put some silicone spray on the hinges to help me in the future. One piece of advice is to be very careful if you are adjusting the bar. The device can slip on your hand and I got my finger slammed against the back bar when I did this. Learning from that mistake, I recommend you use two hands to always adjust the bar. One hand to hold the flat pad while repositioning the angle and the other to move the bar to the new position/angle. One final remark. This is an IMPORTANT issue. It is the reason that I rated it four stars Rather than five stars. If you look at the pictures posted above, you will see that the product includes a very nice mat. This mat is neoprene rubber on one side and a soft material on the other side (the blue part). I’m on sure which way the seller intended us to place this mat. If you place it with the black rubber down, it will prevent mat from sliding. However, in this position I found that the device itself would slide on the blue surface unless it was absolutely flat. As soon as you put it at an angle there was a chance the device would slide around during use on this blue surface. If you reversed the mat (blue side down), while the device wouldn’t slide on the mat, the mat itself would slide all over my tile floor. I was able to do a quick fix on this by going out and buying rubber feet and applied them to the backside of the frame for the device. And doing this you can still use the mat if you want with the blue side up, but in my case I simply ignored the mat and put the metal frame (now with my purchased gripping rubber feet attached) directly on my tile floor. It does not slip and the device works very well. I am enjoying using it. It has the right number of degrees for each angle to stretch my calves and ankles correctly. The small adjustment cost me only six dollars and now it works perfectly. As for the neoprene mat, I’m going to use it for another appliance to slide it around on my countertop.

Solid, way better than wood
can be slippery if barefoot, shoes is fine. Folds flat and feels way more solid than wood versions. Can easily store under couch and use it while watching TV! Have loaded over 250lbs on it with no issues or noise. Highly recommend if you like knee over toe type accessory work

Arch relief
This is a great tool to have for arch relief and calf strengthening. It has different settings. It works well for squats when you want a slight incline.

Product is bent after just over half of its weight capacity is placed onto it.
Doesn’t take a lot to bend, claims to have a weight capacity of 500lbs. I am 6’0 185lbs and use this pretty regularly. I use workout methods in the ATG program as found on the kneeovertoesguy ‘s social media platforms, and I have only used upwards to 95 lbs of added weight on this product. Making a total of 280lbs, just over half of its weight capacity and its already bent?! It almost makes me nervous to perform my workouts on this product. Will definitely look into different products that won’t bend when load is placed onto it. However, it is a good product if used solely for stretches, it always gives me a deep stretch in my calves when I’m feeling sore, so that’s one thing that’s nice about this product.

I had been looking for an incline board for a while and was finding that they were too expensive and i was about to look in to building my own. But living in a Condo in Singapore its not easy to be cutting wood and doing DIY projects. I found this one and i though the price was right for what it is. Its adjustable so has many angles and has really good grip on the board. Quality of construction is good also. I do recommend
