I really like the food made with this oil avoid eating extra oil. But be careful when burner is on,take the pan on side and then spray.

One star off for the price. Otherwise a must have. Am able to reduce calories from this. On my 4th bottle, lasts me 2 months.

While using the product froath is coming up. And as soon as pan heats up this oil gets blackish in colour.
