I am so glad I read more about blue cheese.
I have read that some strains of the bacteria can cause possibly psychedelic type dreams. So glad I tried a good version of this cheese. I had tried a cheaper brand probably 30 years ago and thought it was more than awful. I have read that different brands have differing strains of the fungus. This was just wonderful and much more like sharp goat cheese. Very creamy and marbled with lovely blue. A real keeper.

Oh my god good
The reviews that I read before my purchase didn't lie at all, this stuff is lemming crack. Not saying that it will make a blue cheese convert out of someone, but it could. Very spreadable, mellow, with just enough of the Bleu cheese flavor to keep cheese snobs happy (maybe...can't please 'em all). This was great on Wasa bread with fig jam or peach chutney and grapes. Cheers!

The Best And What I Was Always Wanting! Creamy, Sweet, And Sharp All At The Same Time!!
I like blue cheese and have tried many different types. This is the really perfect blend of creamy, sweet, and sharp for which I’ve been searching! Can’t recommend highly enough!! Completely worth it!!!

This cheese will convert anyone to “blue cheese”
I held out most of my adult life against eating blue cheese unless in a salad dressing. This cheese changed my entire opinion. It is super creamy, smooth, tangy and with striking blue cheese notes. Try it on dried figs, on a baguette, or all by itself. It is incredible, I promise. In a class by itself.

Fantastic Blue Cheese
No reason to ever buy the cheap blue cheese crumbles. This blue cheese is great. Not too strong, but lots of flavor. Great price.

Pretty mild
Very creamy, but not very sharp cheese. Not as salty as expected and the blue cheese funk came in more like a musk rather than a hit. Would prefer something saltier and more sour.
