Well worth the money

Large pills.
Like the calcium tablets. I'm on chemo and thay have helped keep my calcium level up. Have to warn you though. They are as big as your thumb and if your mouth decides your not going to swallow them that day, you probably wont.

I like it.
The ingredients in this product match my personal goals of getting as much as possible from food sources while minimizing synthetics. If you follow any genetic issues, I am homozygous VDR both taq and bsm, which means the gene used to convert d from storage to active doesn’t work well. I experience both rapid conversion and conversion errors. With magnesium being used as a cofactor in this epic failure any synthetic d causes me a magnesium deficiency fairly quickly. With this supplement I’ve been able to tolerate 1/2 of one pill daily while adding in additional magnesium to the tune pf 2:1 magnesium: calcium (the opposite of what’s recommended) to compensate for my magnesium burn. This sounds small but for the first time in a long time my back stopped aching and I feel stronger. I’m thrilled. Now that I’ve worked out my personal recipe for success I will keep enjoying the benefits of this product.

Vegan,.contains all-important K2
I like that this product contains a synergistic blend of calcium magnesium D and K2 (K 7 derived), and otjer minerals, and it's vegan. Without K2,.calcium cannot be absorbed but instead does to arteries!

Helped with pain in bones
Good product. Felt a difference within the month of starting. Will repurchase and recommend to fellow vegan/vegetarian conscious individuals as well as others.

See a difference in nails
This stuff definitely works when I use it regularly. I see a difference in my nails and skin and when I forget to use it, my nails get a little bit brittle. The combination of supportive supplements as well as the calcium is how you should be taking calcium.
