AMAZING. Probably the best thing (aside from Scrub Daddy) to have ever been featured on Shark Tank. I have serious skin allergies so I was breaking out and getting horrid rashes when using deodorants. I tried so, so many that said they were for sensitive skin but they (1) did not work and you had bo, they (2) smelled awful, or (3) they still gave me these burning rashes and sores. My mom saw PiperWai and told me I should spend a little more money and try this one out. Darn, she was right, this is the BEST deodorant that I have ever used. The pros include (1) it actually works and you smell great, even if you put it directly on top of your smelly pits in an emergency. It also (2) works for a long period of time! I find it to be super reliable. The charcoal color is really cool, it works, and it is easy to put on. I just love it! This is my go-to and only brand of deodorant now.

SECOND UPDATE It’s been 2 years since I started using this. The formula does seem to be different lately… it’s grainy now. I combat the graininess of the new formula by adding a teeny bit of coconut oil & mixing it with a cuticle stick. But it still works for me. As an experiment, I switched back to my old antiperspirant (Certain Dri Extra Strength) yesterday. HUGE MISTAKE! I could smell myself by mid afternoon. I also had to really scrub my underarms to get it off me. The antiperspirant has a film to it that clings to your skin. Can’t believe how poorly it worked. I switched back to Piper Wai this morning, it’s now 8 PM and I smell fine. I won’t trade this for anything else. UPDATE I decided to try the stick version of this product for ease of use. Not sure if it’s because it goes on thinner or if it’s formulated differently, but I DID NOT like it. After using it 2 days, I discovered it didn’t work as well for me. Besides being more expensive, the fact that I could smell myself by noon??? Ya. No. H3ll no. I immediately bought a new jar and am happy to go back to what works for me. I waited until my 3rd jar to write a review. Note, I DO reapply later in the day just to be safe, and usually before bed, because everyone sweats overnight, so ya, if I don’t want to wake up stinky, I put more on! I’ve tried all the “prescription strength” antiperspirant/deodorants and went the natural route as well. I had a horrible allergic reactions with some of the natural ones, Schmitts has more scent options, but my poor underarms broke out in a rash that made me want to die!! This smells a bit earthy, but I don’t mind it. Adding a couple drops of lavender essential oil when I get a fresh jar & mixing that in with a cuticle stick makes it smell much nicer. I’m not quite willing to spend for the stick version of it yet, the paste works great. You can get a teeny spatula from any makeup counter (Ulta, Sephora, any Dept store...) so you don’t waste a bit of this product. It really doesn’t take much to cover your under arms, and I’m just paranoid, so putting it on 3 times a day is my choice. I expect that this works better for some people than others based on our pH, because I forgot this at home one day & had to borrow my former antiperspirant from my daughter. I smelled horrible within a couple hours. It was embarrassing and proved to me that reviews are truly subjective. I’m sure this doesn’t work for everyone, and that’s such a shame. However, for those that it does help, it is a life changer. I have had no issues with quality control, nor staining of my clothes. It rubs into my skin and disappears. I’m about to order my 4th jar. If my daughter wasn’t so concerned about sweat control, she would use it. This is strictly for odor control... and for that, it works perfectly for me.

I wanted to love this product and unfortunately have to say that it did not work for me. I am a labor and delivery nurse and my job is active, I used the product for 2 days and by 11:30 am had to apply regular deodorant due to having pretty pervasive BO. I saw their Shark Tank spiel and was excited but for this 47 year old woman, it just doesn’t cut it. Lume has seemed to be the best natural deodorant I have used but in the past several months it hasn’t worked as well so I was hopeful for this. Alas, perhaps it works for others but definitely not for me.

I honestly never leave reviews, but this deodorant deserves one. I’m not paid or sponsored in any way—I just genuinely love this product. I am on my 5th pack!!! It keeps me feeling fresh all day, doesn’t irritate my skin, and actually works better than many big-name brands I’ve tried. The scent is clean without being overpowering, and it lasts longer than I expected. I’m really impressed and will definitely be repurchasing. If you’re on the fence, give it a try—you won’t regret it.

This product is scented with essential oils and smells lovely. I notice that some reviewers have said that it smells like perspiration, this has been far from the case for me, it must be an issue with personal chemistry for some users. The problem for me is that this deodorant is difficult and messy to apply and I find that I rarely use it, because it's just too much trouble if I'm tired, on a strict schedule, wearing a light coloured bra or top, have just cleaned the bathroom sink, or am just not in the mood for a frustrating experience. It is a 'damp' powder that you emulsify between your fingers, so that you can smooth it on your skin. There's no neat or elegant way to dig around in the jar, and I end up with a lot under my nails. As you apply, some of the product crumbles onto you or the surfaces near you and when you rub it into your underarm, there is a point where you take it too far (which is impossible to predict) and it starts to thickly streak on your skin and, because it is a murky colour, your pits look grotty. Sometimes this excess (which you may not always see before dressing) rubs off onto your clothes, so be careful if you're wearing light colours. I love the idea of this product and I'm all for the scent, the effectiveness as a deodorant and the fact that it's natural and cruelty-free, but unless they come up with a better method of application, I would never buy it again. Also, the lid was cracked when it arrived.

I love this product. I have been using since it came out. I do find that it usually works well to keep body odour away. Occasionally with high intensity it does not work, but this does not happen often. It’s easy to put on. It can be a harder consistency at first opening but quickly becomes a soft consistency and spreads easily. The scent is very nice and neutral. My husband has a worn in the past and liked but preferred a stick deodorant. I love that it has safe ingredients as I have used while pregnant and breastfeeding.

I have been using this for years now. It’s a great product and works very well for me. When my son starts needing deodorant, I will be starting him with this. Scent goes away and you don’t notice it. I have trouble with the baking AODA natural deodorants because I get an allergic reaction. This doesn’t do that to me.

Product works well, is silky on my skin and has a nice smell! The formulation is very crumbly to start with and hard to handle.. I have to use a scoop and work it into a ball, once it is squished together it’s easy to apply. Wouldn’t buy it again unless they work on the formula to make it a bit more ‘sticky’
