Guittard, Bar Chocolate Baking Unsweetened Gluten Free, 6 Ounce

Made a killer batch of brownies using this product such an upgrade from supermarket brands.

Best chocolate for my nut allergic granddaughter. She can enjoy quality chocolate cookies, cakes, frosting with this Guittard chocolate!

Bars are to break into single serving pieces of 100% chocolate - no sugar or adeed sweetener. Taste is very good. Arrived with a generous “best by” date of December 2026.

One chocolate that fill up our cravings, save for diabetics, just perfect to take like a candy or mixed with any kind of milk. Love it, also can be used to baking or any other desert. Good buy!!!

my recipe called for 1 oz baking bar so I bought this, absolute perfection. So much better than trying to use cocoa powder.

For baking purposes, most 100% chocolates are ok, and hard to differentiate in the final product. However, I like to eat it plain, and then subtle (and not so subtle) differences are much more noticeable. I think I've tried every 100% chocolate in the market, and I put Guittard and Ghirardelli at the top (some days I prefer one, and other days the other way around). Btw, if you are used to the (for me too sweet) bittersweet chocolates, all 100% chocolates will taste horrible ;-) And like with wines, chocolates are being marketed through packaging, fancy stories, and ridiculous prices, none of which correlate well with the quality of the chocolate - and that's before I get into the "single cru" concoctions...

This brand is my first choice for baking chocolates. Cakes, frosting, and candy have a full flavored chocolate flavor. The order came quickly but I like to always have a box on hand.
