Nice size tablets to eat, great price, need this because I am deficient and hoping they give her more energy! Easy to swallow and vegan too which helps because I am vegetarian. Has great quality ingredients and vitamin content.

I have found these to be very effective, and very good value. The tablets are also nice and small and easy to swallow.

Arrived very quickly. Looks good, tastes nice and is easy to take and the vitamin will presumably do what it's supposed to do. I also like the fact that part of the money paid goes to charity. Only criticism, but this is very personal, is that I always find the taste of Stevia very unpleasant, even if it's only slightly noticeable, as in this case. My partner can't even notice it though so he's very happy. Just to add a postscript several months on: I've ordered another bottle and am totally used to the taste now, no problem, and I genuinely feel an improvement in my memory as well as in reduced hair loss.

Reasonable deluvery time, but I am here to talk about the actuak product! For what feels like forever now I have felt CONSTANTLY tired. Even after a good sleep of 6-8 hours and complete rest, I would wake up tired, go to sleep tired and feel tired throughout my day. I just accepted that I was just over running myself. My doc prescribed anti depressents/anxiety pills saying there was likely a lack of serotonin in my system. Then I spoke to a colleague who had been struggling to sleep but didn't want to take sleeping pills. Her doc recommended some vitamins/suppliments including B12. She told me she'd been sleeping a lot better since and didn't feel tired near as much as before. Like me she suffered from dark circles all around her eyes, no matter how welk rested I have been I have always had dark circles (see pic) and her circles had started lightening off a bit after a few weeks. I did some research of my own as I skeptical of vitamins as my parents told me that you're essentially paying for expensive p**s if you take them. Having looked into it further, a medication I take called Metformin for diabetes, has a side effect where it actually significantly reduces your B12 levels. On top of this most people are actually B12 insufficient anyway because it is not something we come by often in our normal diets, not in the amounts our bodies require. So I decided I would try them to see if I would feel a difference. It said you'd see results immediately but I figured I'd have to at least take them for a few days before feeling the benefits. Wrong. As soon as I started taking them I felt HEAPS better! After a couple of weeks just taking one a day (they taste really nice btw) I have BAGS more energy, I am not waking up tired anymore and I have even started to see a lightness around my eye circles!! (pic 1 is after the tablets, pic 2 where i am wearing a blue blanket is before taking) I have come off my anti depressants. 10000000000% worth their salt! If you are tired and run down a lot, but skeptical, just get them. Honestly. Life changer.

With the knowledge and encouragement of my GP, I decided to try these B12 vitamins to see if they would help my extreme lethargy and tiredness, both mental and physical. 8 days later, I am a new person, with more strength and energy than I have had in a long time. A week is only a short time to assess lasting results, but the only thing different in my life this past week has been these vitamins. They are very easy to take - one to dissolve under my tongue before food - and pleasant tasting. If they can make such a wonderful difference in a week, I'm looking forward very much to what the rest of the 6 months' supply will achieve! Truly, for me, they live up to the firm's name of a 'NU U.' (Three weeks later.) I have now been taking one Vitamin B12 tablet per day since my last report and am amazed at the difference it has made. I feel I've come back to life again. After research on the internet, I discovered that much of the 'official' medication I had been taking was preventing my body from absorbing vitamins naturally from my food, so I have stopped taking most of these and am concentrating on the B12s. I have more energy and strength than I have had for a long time, much more interest in planning and preparing proper meals for myself, and am finding a new interest in the social contact of meeting friends and joining in events. I still keep my GP posted about my progress (and he supports me in what I am doing), butI am delighted to say that truly I am a new person. Sincere thanks to Nu U Nutrition.

TLDR: great for overall energy boost, quick dissolving, good value. Got good general B12 benefits off these; primarily boosted energy, maintained focus on cognitive tasks and elevated mood. Effects pretty swift after taking and sustained over several consecutive days. Think this is a good general booster in a good form. Specifically with this brand and this tablet: the tablets are small sublinguals which lean very towards the sweet end of the taste spectrum (a previous brand I tried, Jarrow I think, were a little sharper and more tart). These dissolved very quickly, in under 30 seconds I'd say. Again comparing to the previous brand - those were harder tablets which took longer to dissolve, around 60-90 secs. Ultimately not a massive deal-breaker either way for me, both were palatable. The main factors that would influence me mostly would be price / value and effectiveness. As I wrote earlier, the effects were good and generally uplifting as standard for B12. Regarding price these were decent quantity for the money at the time of purchase, so I'm happy with the return on my investment. I have bought other pills from this brand before and do take advantage of their offers from time to time, so when factoring that in, my overall savings on supplements is one that I'm happy with. So that would be another factor that would make me likely to lean towards buying this again next time. Ultimately a decent choice and purchase for me; happy with the effectiveness and value for money.

Llevo siendo vegano 4 años. Los dos primeros años no me tomé en serio lo de la B12 y no la tomé, por lo que al final tuve que volver a una dieta omnívora. ¿Por qué? ¡Ésta es mi historia! Me hice vegano cuando vi los atentados de Charlie Hebdo prácticamente en directo por televisión. Algo dentro de mí me hizo rechazar la violencia innecesaria y tomé la decisión de hacer de esto mi ley de vida. Hoy en día tomar una pequeña pastilla de sabor a fresa ácida todas las noches con la cena es un pequeño precio a pagar por no colaborar en la destrucción de nuestro planeta. Como he dicho antes, después de dos años sin tomar B12 con una dieta vegana, me sentía mal. Para mí todo es ponerse a la altura de los demás animales, ni por encima de ellos, ni por debajo: como iguales. Los animales hacen lo necesario para sobrevivir y no destruyen gratuitamente. Cuando me sentí mal, volví a comer carne y pescado, pero no dejé de ser vegano. En cuanto pude, ordené mi vida y volví a la dieta puramente vegetal, esta vez complementándola con estas pastillitas de B12. Ahora me siento como nunca, física y espiritualmente. Lo primero porque hago más deporte y me cuido, lo segundo se deriva estrictamente de que creo que hago lo correcto y que esto ayuda al planeta. Hoy en día podemos elegir. A mí también me gustan el pescado, la carne, los huevos, el queso... pero cuando salgo de la ciudad y voy a sitios donde no hay tanta huella de los humanos, creo que todo merece la pena si es para que nuestro planeta no se convierta en un gran vertedero perdido en el universo. En definitiva: Nu U Vitamin B12 es un buen producto, fácil de tomar y con buen sabor. Mi experiencia con ellos va cerca de los 18 meses ya y estoy muy contento.

Je cherchais depuis un moment une vitamine B12 qui est correctement assimilable par le corps, pas trop cher, et qui contient beaucoup de comprimés. A raison d'un comprimé par semaine, j'en ai donc pour 180 semaines pour à peine 10€. Alors qu'en pharmacie, un pot de vitamine B12 coûte 10€ et contient 25 comprimés (et n'est pas sous la forme la plus assimilable). A laisser fondre sous la langue c'est très pratique et c'est très bon. le goût est comme un bonbon mais ne laisse pas d'arrière-goût dans la bouche. Ça met 20 secondes à fondre donc pour moi c'est parfait. Je le recommande :)

EDIT 27/06/2018: Ho assunto per tutto l'inverno e tutta la primavera questo integratore associato alla Vitamina C e allo Zinco e ora posso affermare con certezza che non ho neppure avuto un semplice raffreddore, il mio umore è notevolmente migliorato e anche l'energia ne ha risentito positivamente. NON è placebo. ===== Ci sono pareri discordanti sull'assunzione di integratori alimentari soprattutto senza aver prima consultato il medico e senza aver fatto le analisi del sangue per verificarne una eventuale effettiva carenza. Detto ciò non posso negare di auto prescrivermeli invogliato dagli effetti miracolosi promessi, dai packaging multicolor, dai super dosaggi e “dalle scorte per un anno” a prezzi ragionevoli. In realtà nonostante ne stia assumendo svariati non noto né benefici né danni. Che siano placebo? Della stessa marca sto assumendo Zinco, Vitamina B12 e Vitamina C che insieme sembrano essere utili per rafforzare il nostro sistema immunitario, aumentare l'energia, migliorare il nostro umore e addirittura anche le prestazioni sessuali.

Bonjour, simple d'utilisation, tout est conforme. Je ne cache pas la légère sensation d'avoir du sable dans la bouche la 1ére fois. Mais ça passe vite avec l'habitude. Très satisfait de cet achat. Merci. Cordialement.
