This is not irritating to chins eyes or their respiratory system, and really the best stuff you can buy! This is only pure pumice stone which leaves their coats beautifully soft and clean. This is by far the best dust/sand I’ve managed to find in the UK. In the wild, chinchillas, in particular, actively seek out the volcanic pumice deposits abundant in the South American Andes region they call home, as pumice dust is nature-engineered to be highly effective for dry bathing. I’ve tried several well known brands along with cheap Sepiolita which lots of people recommend in the UK, all of these are terrible! Sepiolita is cheap but sticks in chins eyes and sits on top of their fur causing eye issues and doesn’t clean them properly. Big brands like Oxbow and Lixit contain micro glitter which makes chins skin greasy, causes skin issues, respiratory issues and irritates their eyes and ears. I can’t recommend Pet post enough and will be buying this and only this as long is I can get it in the UK! Please don’t stop selling this!!

This is the best dust I have ever bought, bit pricey but we'll worth it, my chinchilla's love it. One of them has been itching for months couldn't work out what was causing it. She had been treated by a vet, but still continuing on various other brands. The itching has now stopped. Thank you great product will definitely buy again.

I gave this to my gerbils as this is marketed towards only to discover that bathing dust will cause respiratory diseases in small animals. You must use sand and never dust for gerbils, hamsters or any similar animal. It's ridiculous that brands who claim to care about animal welfare market this stuff that is known to be extremely hazardous.

Overly fine so gets everywhere and could cause breathing issues for some animals

It is harmful to Syrian, dwarf, Chinese hamsters.

Sadly it’s way too fine for gerbils, could definitely lead to respiratory issues :(

Das Fell meiner Chinchillas hat sich innerhalb weniger Tage sichtbar verbessert, obwohl ich den Bimsstaub nur sparsam auf einer hohen Schicht des üblichen Sands verteile! Klare Empfehlung- noch nie so einen guten Sand gehabt :)

お値段は高めですが、うちのジャンガリアンハムスターちゃんはとっても気に入っています。英語のレビューも高かったので、購入してみました。 新しくお砂を入れてあげた日には、気持ちよさそうにお砂遊びをします。普段、あんまりしない子ですが。 これまでに、他のお砂も色々と試しましたが、こちらのお砂が1番好きそうです。 (贅沢です😆) あと、お砂がひんやりしているので、暑い日☀️には涼しんでいたり、砂風呂で寝ています。 うちの子は砂風呂で遊んだあと、いつも最後はトイレ😅をしてしまうので、毎日お砂を新しくしてあげないといけないのです。 ですので、450gはすぐになくなる為、他のお砂と交互に使っています。 もう少し安かったら、毎回、こちらの商品にしてあげたいです❤️

Pour le bain de mon chinchila mais a plus de 16euros le sac pour un seul bain ca fait cher je ne recommande pas le.moins du monde (le produit est bien mais il faut etre bien réveillé lors de la commande pour ne pas se faire avoir)
