Works Just Like the OEM Tool
Used this TPMS reset/relearn tool on a Ford and it worked exactly like the OEM version. The relearn process was straightforward, and the tool activated each tire sensor without any issues. Build quality is fine for occasional use, and it did exactly what it’s supposed to do. If you don’t want to pay OEM prices for a TPMS relearn tool, this is a solid alternative that works as advertised.

Activation was so easy
My truck was showing an error, TPMS failure, my truck is 2010, so the computer won't tell you which sensor needs replacement. So this tool will reset the TPMS sensors; you need to find the process on how to do it. Mine was press & depress the brake pedal, turn the switch on three times, leave it on, press and depress the brake pedal, close the switch and open three times, leave it open, the truck will honk once. Then you start resetting the sensors, you will hear a honk each time each sensor is reset, and then, if you don't hear the hunk, that is you failing TPMS. I took my truck to Costco, I bought the tires there, they will replace the TPMS (for a small fee). Now you know which one. Once it's done, go to the learning process, and you will have your TPMS error gone. I spent $50 all together (sensors, learning tool, Costco fee) and probably saved $200 or more skipping the mechanic. I strongly recommend this little tool.

Must have if you have a ford!
This saved me some money....Worked great on my 2014 Ford Focus. The mechanic could not resolve the issue but I was able to with this device and my scanner.

Tool worked perfect - basic instructions would have helped
Device itself worked as expected. Would be nice if there were basic instructions on process to get car into "learning mode" but once that was done, this tool worked fine. Took a few internet searches to get proper procedure for a 2023 Mustang Mach-E.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review: CDWTPS TPMS Sensors + VXDAS TPMS19 Tool on 2022 Ford F‑150 **Vehicle:** 2022 Ford F‑150 4X4 SuperCrew 3.6L V6 EcoBoost **Sensors:** OEM (summer tires) + [CDWTPS 315MHz TPMS Sensors F2GZ‑1A189‑A](https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B09FYWFQ42) (winter tires) **Tool:** [VXDAS TPMS Reset Sensor Relearn Tool TPMS19](https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07WDFJKMB?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) --- #### My Experience - **OEM sensors**: Work perfectly with both the *air release method* and the TPMS tool. - **CDWTPS aftermarket sensors**: Reliable once trained, but after sitting unused for months they go into *deep sleep mode*. In that state, the air release method does not wake them. - **Solution**: The VXDAS TPMS19 tool instantly activated them. Once I followed the proper brake/ignition sequence, all four sensors synced quickly. This is my **second season** with the CDWTPS sensors. At first I thought they weren’t going to work this year, but using the TPMS tool solved the problem in minutes. --- #### Correct Relearn Method (Push‑Button Start F‑150) **Preparation** - Inflate all tires to recommended pressure - Turn ignition to ON (do not start engine) - Press and release brake pedal once **Training Mode Sequence** 1. Cycle ignition: ON → OFF → ON → OFF → ON 2. Tap brake pedal once (quick press/release) 3. Cycle ignition: OFF → ON → OFF → ON 4. Horn chirp = training mode active **Sensor Training Order** - LF (front driver) → horn beep - RF (front passenger) → horn beep - RR (rear passenger) → horn beep - LR (rear driver) → horn beep **Completion** - Double horn = all sensors trained - Turn ignition OFF, restart truck - Verify TPMS light off and pressures displayed
