Works well and keeps my wine at perfect temperature. It’s also very quiet. The only problem I seem to be having is, when I want to drop the temperature, I have to unplug it before I can get the up & down controls to work. It seems to lock the temperature when you reset it. Otherwise it works great.

I really like this little Wine Cooler. It Is very Quiet and can accommodate some of the larger Wines Bottles as well. It’s fits just below this breakfast area in this little loft. I couldn’t have gotten one of the bigger ones, and this is just what I needed. It’s holds 15 Bottles and keeps them nice and Cold. It’s right by the doors of my Rooftop deck and I can just reach in and pull out a cold bottle. The interior light goes out after a few minutes of non use and it runs pretty quiet. The Bedroom is right next door to the Kitchen and I Can’t hear a thing at night. It’s very nice not to have the bottles taking up room in the Fridge, I really like it.

Overall this is a good wine refrigerator and it die have a good capacity to hold bottles as well as beer cans and other beverages. I do have a problem adjusting the temperature but their support team responded to my email and help correct the situation within couple days. The other problem I am having is that it is making noise it is not silent as I expected it to be. Hope they can help correct this problem.

The customer service is terrible!The unit I bought is a perfect size for what, and where I wanted. The one I have is very noisy, cycles on and off constantly, cost a fortune to operate. When I called customer service I spoke to a guy that was working from home, and had more than one child there with him that was very noisy and annoying very difficult to understand and not very knowledgeable about the product. He told me to reset the thermostat.Well that was a waste of time, ( which I told him it would be). After three attempts to call back and waiting for return calls, I gave up and I’m living with a noisy, expensive wine cooler that I have to defrost about every month. Needless to say will never buy from this company again

I bought this unit 11 months ago and love it. It is one of the rare units that actually keeps the temperature at 41 (I like my wine cold and most only go down to 46). The unit holds a lot of bottles, is nice looking, and works as advertised. Unfortunately, at the 11-month mark, the fan started making a lot of noise. I asked the company if they can provide me with a new fan. Instead of doing that, they sent me out a whole new unit and received it within a week. Amazing beyond belief. I highly recommend this unit - not only because it is perfect for our wine but, because the customer support is top-notch. Thank you.

This is a great compact, self-standing wine cooler! I love the easy-to-control front digital control panel with its blue light display and the temperature range, from 41 to 64 degrees. It looks and feels like a very expensive model, especially with the glass and stainless steel door and handle which seals tightly. The led interior light is a bonus too! I've only had the unit a few hours but it went to the desired temperature relatively quickly. And, it's also very quiet! The only drawback is that it is designed for standard-size bottles (as advertised), so taller bottles need to go on an angle (using up storage space) in order for the door to close and seal properly. Other than that, I highly recommend this wine cooler, especially for beginner wine enthusiasts (or pros with limited space).

We bought this to replace our smaller thermoelectric wine cooler (different brand) which after 10 years was running all the time and not cooling very well. This NutriChef wine refrigerator is better looking than our old wine cooler. It has storage for its rated number of bottles and seems to hold the temperature setting well. (I have it set for 46F which is colder than a thermoelectric cooler is generally capable of.) However, when the compressor kicks in it can be noisy. Its humming and vibrations are intrusive in our family room and it also makes an intermittent 'clunk' noise. Part of the humming appears to be a resonance set up by the internal positioning of the inner workings because it's temporarily reduced if I press on the sides of the unit. If the annoying noises get any worse, back it goes.

I purchased this May 22 it was fine for a little while. Shortly thereafter it started making excessive vibration and a fan possibly bearing noise. I tried emailing support did not get immediate response but kept trying. Sarah reached out from customer service and she was great. Kept in contact and sent a replacement. Continued to contact me till it was delivered to be sure I received it and I was satisfied with the new one. So far no noise cooled down in a short time. I definitely recommend this fridge. Its compact, nice looking and does the job now very quiet.
