Comfort is Worth the Cost
The chair was packaged with care and assembly was really easy and straight forward. The design is sleek and professional. It’s easily adjustable to your comfort needs. I tend to overheat in traditional chairs so I opted for this one. The extra cost is worth it as it is made with durable materials and the customer service was prompt and professional when I initially reached out to them.

Amazing chair and amazing customer service!
I previously had a Secret Lab chair, and after struggling with months of back pain from the chair, I decided to start looking into ergonomic chairs. When looking online for "good" ergonomic chair brands or recommendations, all I saw were Steelcase or Herman Miller, and anything else was "garbage". I decided to keep looking and do my own research and eventually landed on this one. Initially, I was worried it might not meet my expectations because of everything I had been seeing online about how if it wasn’t a huge, expensive name brand, it was no good. I went ahead and ordered it and was pleasantly surprised. The chair took very little effort to build and was able to do it by myself in less than an hour. Sitting on it for the first time, it felt comfortable and supportive. I knew it wouldn't cause the same back problems that my Secret Lab chair gave me. The adjustability is lovely. I(5’5”, 190 lb female) fit very well into this chair, and the headrest is quite comfortable. My only gripe is that the armrests don't move side to side, but most of all, the firmness of the armrests. They are very hard and can get uncomfortable quickly, but not a huge deal since I have the armrests up most of the time. I had the opportunity to keep a Herman Miller Aeron chair, but since I only sit 2-4 hours maximum at my desk each day and preferred the adjustability of this chair, I sold the Aeron, as well as the Secret Lab, and kept this chair. I can't judge it for longevity yet but am hopeful it'll last the next 5 years or so. Lastly, customer service is excellent! I initially had issues with the gas lift of the chair, so I contacted them, and they promptly sent me a replacement gas lift as well as a lumbar support pillow. They are very kind and sent instructions on how to replace the gas lift. Winnie and Cayla have been very helpful. Thank you. TLDR: For the price It's a great chair and superb customer service!! Just buy it!!

Best office chair and pretty too!
Looks: The chair is a beautiful pink just like the photos. It did take me a little longer to put the chair together since I was doing it by myself, but following the steps were easy. Why this chair: The reason for buying this chair was because I was using a Herman Miller chair for the past year and now am working from home. Can't take the chair home and needed a chair at home that would be just as comfortable for hours of work at the computer. After reading a lot of reviews and looking at lot of chairs, I decided to give this one a try. Very glad I did. Comfort: I have sat in this chair at least 10 hours on Monday to Friday for the past two weeks with a few sessions where I stay seated for at least 5 hours straight without getting up. I definitely didn't feel antsy or uncomfortable which speaks a lot because while I was out of a chair, I used an older office chair, foldable chair, and stool chair and I could not stay put for more than 15 minutes without getting up due to feeling uncomfortable. The seat and mesh allow for good support and airflow. I don't feel like I'm sinking or sitting on a rock. I sometimes sit on the edge, the middle of the seat, and seated all the way back. Didn't break a sweat even with the heater blasting at my feet. After getting the lumbar support pillow, it was definitely even more comfortable for my back. I have reclined it as far as possible and it is nice to lock it for resting briefly. As someone who's 5'3", this chair was able to be adjusted so my legs aren't dangling and can rest on the leg bases. The grooves on the leg bases did take some time to get use to. The tactile feel was different from smooth legs on most chairs. It's nice since I know my foot isn't going to slide off, but I am actually using it to press some points on my foot now instead (pretty sure that's not what it's intended for but it works for me). Customer Service: Carol and Cayla were both super helpful and quick to respond when I contacted support for the lumber pillow and about a leg having a slight imperfection. They replied and sent out both to my address and even followed up once the items both arrived to make sure everything was good. I also inquired about buying roller blade style wheels and they just wrote back that they were sending them to me. No questions even asked. Customer service like this deserves way more than 5 stars. They definitely want you to be happy with the chair and it shows. Con's: The only downside are the arms. It doesn't swing out like the Herman Miller one does and also go up when reclining backwards and it's not adjustable for a more comfy arm positioning when reclined like this. It does bite that I can't push the chair under my table since the arms are right where the table edge is unless I lower the seat. But I can live with this since I rarely use the arms of the chair and have it pushed up all the way out of the way. I just wanted others to be aware so they can make a decision if the arm would be a deal breaker or not. Conclusion: For the price point, customer service, and overall comfort, I would definitely recommend this chair. It met my requirements for a chair similar to the Herman Miller one without breaking the bank. PS. If anyone's wondering about the green screen, it's foldable and easy to put away. Most of the time I don't have it on my chair.

Best office chair for my jacked up back
I had to write a review after spending so much on this chair. I've never bought one this expensive before, and the reviews had me ready to open my wallet. So I'm here to join the chorus to tip you over the edge if you're wavering. First things first: The Cons. At 5'4", I'm the shortest person who should buy this chair. With the arms completely down and the seat completely down, it's fine, but I wouldn't mind an extra 1/2" lower on either. If you're shorter than 5'4" your feet won't touch the floor. I won't be able to replace the wheels with my skate casters, but oh well. FYI, it also wouldn't be great for someone with a big booty, but since my junk is NOT in my trunk, it works great for me. The arm adjustments could be more elaborate. They do go up and down on an angle that brings them further forward as they go up. For this money, I would have liked to be able to flip them up out of the way and/or turn them in and out. And they're attached to the seat back, so when the back reclines, the armrests go up. The directions seemed to miss a printing pass, as I could see all the words and the arrows supposedly pointing at a picture of the chair, but the chair wasn't there. Weird, but the assembly is intuitive enough that if you've ever put together furniture that comes in a box, you'll be fine. Now for the good stuff: The Pros Y'all, I can't express to you how jacked up my back is. I've got more hardware in my back than Home Depot, and there are several more disks ready to blow. I'm currently in PT for sciatica, trying to avoid another surgery. So believe me when I tell you my back is jacked up. Thus the expensive chair. I just can't function in a cheap office chair and laying back in my bed on Zoom calls isn't very professional. After reading all the reviews and looking up lists of The 10 Best Office Chairs for Jacked Up Backs, I settled on this one. Currently I can't sit in any chair without excruciating pain after 5 min or less, and when I get up I can't walk for a while. But THIS chair, well I've been sitting in it for over half an hour watching football (ya know, to test it out) and when I got up...I could walk! What magic is this!? I think I found my new easy chair! Just kidding. This isn't what I would call a "cozy" chair, though it is very comfortable for working at a desk. Less exciting pros include the simple-to-operate mechanisms, the reclining feature (including being able to hold it in 2 different reclining positions), and the comfortable seat. I had no idea a mesh seat could be so comfortable. This thing is very sturdy, and seems to be built to last, which is good because I can't afford to buy one of these every year. It was also very easy to put together myself, although another pair of arms would have been welcome when attaching the seat to the seat back. If your back is jacked up and you work at a desk, this chair is worth the money.

Great chair!
I bought this based on the great reviews and they were correct! I have had the chair for almost a month and it is very comfortable. Assembly was easy, and the parts were very clearly labeled which made things even faster. I did reach out to them about the roller blade style wheels and lumbar support. Carol was excellent and provided me with both as a courtesy (usually you can only choose one). The wheels are awesome and make the chair glide better on my floor. The lumbar support was a little big for me but I will keep it and try it again in the future. Overall I would recommend this chair! It looks very nice in my office. It is very comfortable and very adjustable to fit each person. And the price was great compared to some similiar chairs on the market.

Good chair, very comfortable, go ahead and get it
Review is for GABRYLLY Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair, High Back Desk Chair I was a little concerned about this chair being that I am only 5'4" and according to the description, this chair is meant for a taller person. Don't worry, it fits fine, without issues. I can easily place both feet right on the ground, even being a "short" person. I use a foot rest anyway, so I see no issues if you are shorter using this chair. This chair is quite comfortable to sit in, with the back being very straight up. This is good and bad. You get lots of support like this, when you want to sit completely straight, but can easily lean back a bit for more comfort, when needed. You easily adjust the tension by the front knob that controls how hard you need to push back to adjust the back rest like most chairs that recline. Speaking of reclining, this chair reclines pretty far, and is very comfortable. The head rest you will need to fiddle with to make it custom fit for your head. This is the first time I have used a head rest of this type, and surprised at how comfortable it is. Putting the head rest on, while assembling the chair is the hardest part, and its quite easy to do. As some others have said, the seat mesh is a little "scratchy", but you get used to it. I have found that I like using a cushion on the seat for extended sitting sessions, but you may not need one. The mesh seat is quite comfortable, and sometimes I switch between using a cushion and sometimes not using one. You will have to see what works for you. One big reason I got this chair is the swing up arms. I prefer these type arms, since you can easily lift them up out of the way, where as other chairs you can't do this. This makes it easy to push in the chair very close to your desk, saving room. Customer Service. One word, OUTSTANDING! I have hard floors at home, and carpet at work. My work place bought me the same chair, so I bought one for home use. I emailed the company and asked about purchasing the roller type wheels for my home chair, and they offered me an additional set for the at work chair, which I didn't need. They were willing to ship me two sets for free! I declined the one for work, since its carpet and didn't need a set. Thats great customer service, which is rare now a days. Keep this in mind when shopping for a chair...there are lots out there, and this company stands behind their product. Assembly - standard for a chair like this, very easy to do, and they provide a simple video to watch. Maybe takes 10 minutes to put together, and you can do it yourself. If you have trouble lifting, you would need some assistance. Shipping - Chair comes very well packed in a sturdy box, no issues there. Quality - I did not have any issues with this chair. Very well put together. Chair options - It leans back pretty far, and with the included head rest, it is quite comfortable to lean back when you are tired for a quick rest, or even a quick, nap. (shhhh...don't tell the boss) You can lock the angle of the back to exactly where you want it, if you don't like having to push back to lean the back rest. So far I am quite happy with this chair. I have never had a full back mesh type chair, and think that this will last quite a while, even with daily use. I think you will be pleased with this purchase. While you may be able to find a similar chair for maybe a little less price, to me, the customer service you get with this purchase is really worth it. You know that they will stand behind your purchase and your being happy with your purchase of their product. I don't think you will be disappointed. *update* Its been 3 months since I purchased this chair and I can tell you 100% no issues with the chair at all. Its quite comfortable, and I would purchase another one, without hesitation. I can be sitting in this chair for long periods of time, with no issues. I do use a small seat cushion, just because I had it left from my previous chair, so might as well make use of it, but its not really needed for this chair. I am completely pleased with this purchase. No chair is perfect, but not being able to get into a chair and sit in it for yourself, shouldn't sway you from purchasing this. Its very comfortable, and even though I am 5'4", its perfect in size, and the head rest is great too. Easy to lean back when you are tired and take a quick nap. WFH...shhhhhhhhh....!! *Update #2* 4/24 I tend to give good reviews for products that I really like, and give updates to those products. This chair is one of those products that you need to know about. So far I have been using this chair everyday, for hours a day. This chair is top notch. Comfortable. Arms swing out of the way if you want...etc. I am really happy with this purchase and I think you will be too. Its hard buying a chair without trying it first, but you can be assured of the good reviews of this product. No joke. This is a good chair. I think you will be pleased. **Over 1 year later update** This is a great chair and probably one of the best I have purchased, but not the most expensive I have purchased. It is holding up just great, is just as comfortable as when I got it. ZERO complaints. I use it for hours everyday for computer work and gaming. Its a very comfortable chair and it seems it will last a good long time. Don't be on the fence any longer, you can stop looking now for a good chair. BUY IT. You will be pleased. **2025 UPDATE** This chair continues to please. Still no issues at all, ZERO. I use this chair for hours per day, very comfortable. If and when this chair starts giving "issues" as all chairs do overtime, I will not hesitate to buy a replacement chair from this same brand. Keep in mind that there are still no issues. Over the years I have purchased countless number of desk chairs, and this one is the best so far for the price point. I am completely satisfied as a customer. I am not being compensated, nor have I been contacted by the company to do any reviews, or speak positively about this purchase, I like when people update their reviews, so that you can know what you are getting into for the long haul and that in my case, no money was wasted on this purchase.

The BEST SERVICE EVER! Updated review…you NEED this chair!
UPDATE! The best customer service I’ve had in years has earned 5 ⭐️, and I’d give more if I could! Customer Service messaged me in response to my concerns and offered to send modification parts to lower the chair and the arm rests, extend the seat depth and provide better lumbar support - at no charge. The shipment arrived quickly and they even included a how-to video plus high quality tools to aid in assembly. It took ~20 minutes and the chair is PERFECT. I’m now going to purchase a second chair and see what else they have to offer. Customer for life - THANK YOU!!! Original review: I’ve been ‘test driving’ the chair since 12/22/25. I’m 5’7” and low-ave weight. Pros: Easy to assemble, quality feel, no squeaks, and somewhat comfortable. Love the color! Cons: The arms are too tall, even in their lowest position and do not turn in/out. The arms hit my standard height desk - not above or below - very annoying. Seat at its lowest setting is still high, also annoying. If the arms & seat could go 1 click further down it would be great. Seat depth is a bit short too…not comfortable unless my feet are up on an ottoman/stool. Lumbar support ok but not great, and not adjustable. Good if I sit stock-straight in the chair. The headrest is useless until you’re reclined as lumbar arc makes it tough to reach in an upright position. Unless I can figure out mods I’ll have to add it to my office chair graveyard as disassembly & repacking would be a huge pain.

Over 6' with long arms? Pick a different chair
I don't write many reviews, but felt compelled to after this chair purchase. Unfortunately, I've had a much different experience than most of the other reviewers, so it seems I'm in the minority. For starters, I'm 6' 2" 220lbs and have a longer than average arm length. I work from home at the computer for 8-10 hours a day and the most comfortable position for me to work in is slightly reclined with my arms a little extended to the mouse and keyboard. Due to having long arms and legs, if I'm pulled up on top of the mouse/keyboard then I feel like I'm being smothered. If you're built like me and have the same sitting preferences, this chair is not for you. I'll highlight my pros and cons for review. Pros Built quality is pretty good. It feels sturdy and at my weight it doesn't feel like there's any slop in the pivot points. Time will tell if they develop. The lumbar support resulting from the shape of the chair is nice. Would be better if it were an adjustable piece, but we can't have it all right. The headrest is nice, moves around to whatever position you prefer and stays in place. I like the little rib pieces on the top of the base. If I do sit forward, it's nice to slide my feet under and have some grippy bits on the base. The mesh is breathable and I haven't felt sweaty at all. Cons There are two huge issues for me here. The first is that the bottom seat is not long enough. I feel like I'm constantly hanging off the end of the chair. I slide myself backwards as far as I can, but inevitably the reclining function of the seat will push you forwards, only to restart the sliding back process 2 minutes later. If you're a little shorter than me, this might not be an issue for you. The second issue is the armrests. It was my mistake for not noticing this when I ordered it, but I should not have bought a chair that has the arms attached to the reclining back. I should have bought a chair that has the armrests attached to the base instead. The reason it's a problem is because of the slightly reclined position that I prefer to sit in. When I lean back, the armrest does too. Which means the end of it is now at an upward angle. When I rest my forearm on it for my mouse hand side, instead of my arm laying flat on the armrest, it's just resting on the very end of it, which becomes uncomfortable very quickly. The uploaded picture was taken in my normal sitting position. As you can see, it's a pretty extreme angle to rest your forearm like that for 8-10 hours a day. Overall, I regret buying this chair. At the $270 price point, there are hundreds of other options that would probably have suited me better. I'll use it for a few months then probably give it to one of my kids as their gaming chair. The next one I buy I'll make sure doesn't have the armrests attached to the back. Star Loss -1 for the bottom seat -1 for the armrests -1 for the price. This feels more like a $100 chair, not $270 Update: After talking with customer service, they were able to send me an extension for the bottom seat, as well as arm supports that attach to the desk. Due to the stellar customer support, I moved it from 2 stars to 3. If you're the same size as me, still pick a different chair. If you do pick this one, at least their customer support will work with you to make it a better experience.
