I started purchasing these a few years ago then around 2 years ago I put them on my subscription list, they are always good to keep in especially in the warm weather, they give your dog a lift and keep them hydrated, definitely recommend. My parents had a litter of puppies last year and a couple of them struggled with a slight upset tummy and the vet said did we have any as they were out of stock and luckily I said I did, well the pups turned the corner quickly with drinking this , we gave every pup a bottle when they left us along with all the usual things, blanket and toy smelling of mum, a bag of food they were on etc and all the pups loved the taste, my 3 have always enjoyed it however I have offered it to our cat several times and she never even tries it, she smells it but no further so she sticks to her cat milk so I can't say if cats like it because mine won't even try it but all the dogs I've had most definitely do, there is no bad or good smell to it but it's effectiveness to do what it says is very good, it looks almost like a bone broth, think of it as a lucozade or similar for your dog, it's easy to use, I just shake and pour, keep it in the fridge once opened and use within a week once opened, they don't need a bowl full, it tells you how much to give and has a guide on the side of the bottle, it is very effective, looks as if all dogs really enjoy it, it's definitely good for their health.

Both my dogs recently suffered from a bad stomach bug. The youngest dog (7 years) had watery diarrhoea whilst the older (14 years) had gravy consistency diarrhoea. The older dog is in renal failure so was facing going on a drip the following day if I couldn't hydrate him overnight. With renal failure you cant give enough water to hydrate a dehydrated dog as the kidneys flush it out. Alongside diet change for the youngest and probiotics, antibiotics etc, I gave this Oralade. The oldest couldn't have the same help as the youngest due to his kidneys. The Oralade kept him off the drip and hydrated him well. Oralade is a newer version of the hydration fluids and suitable for use alongside Kidney failure which was a huge relief. Both dogs absolutely loved it and would have had it all day long if you had let them. I had to portion it as they literally cleaned the bowls each time. The had their bottles to get through throughout the day. Smells of chicken gravy and they got excited when I got the bottle out. I bought a lot of it as the illness lasted around 12 days but both stayed hydrated. Don't use this unless you have to, it is for dehydration and when bouts of illness. Only downside is that it is expensive. I have a few in the cupboard as I also keep some back for when these situations occur. Good to know also that I can use it on the older dog if we run in the problems later down the line. It can also be frozen. Would 100% buy again.

This is great stuff if occasionally your furry dustbin eats something that doesn't agree with them. Has all the good stuff to rehydrate etc and apparently tastes woolfingly good, even when nothing else will stay down.. Down a star because the price has increased 40% from 6.29 to 8.86 in 2 months. Maybe time to try other online stores.

This is an absolute lifesaver for dehydrated small mammals & the first feed to be offered orphaned wildlife when they have not been fed by mum for a while before commencing milk replacer feeds. Easy to use as straight out of the bottle after a good shake. It is made with natural ingredients with a natural chicken smell & Ihave used it successfully with baby hedgehogs, kittens & puppies. The taste must be good as they all seem to readily like it. Being Isotonic it helps their bodies counter the dehydration effects that can quickly cause organ failure. It needs to be used fairly quickly after opening but freezes well so a bottle can last quite a while. I used ice cube freezing bags & it thaws quite quickly so ready when I know an orphan is coming in.

I swear by this product. Used when my dog had a bad case of Heamorrhegic gastroenteritis and I believe it kept him hydrated enough to avoid hospitilsation. He’s a senior dog who had HG for approx 10 days- vets were surprised at how well he was getting through it given the length of time and his age. It’s just my assumption but I make sure this is in stock in my house now at all times!

My cat was vomiting a lot and had lost weight. He loved it at first and it was easy to have on its own or mixed into wet food but didn’t have any more after I had put it in the fridge. I tried gently warming it to room temperature and still no use. It was such a hot day the little bit I put in a bowl evaporated and left behind a really hard to clean brown layer and to note it does really smell. It seemed to settle his tummy but not happy with the price of the product.

Lo tuve que comprar con urgencia durante un fin de semana porque mi pequeña yorkie presentaba vómitos con hemorragia. Pasada la urgencia se lo enseñé a mi veterinario de confianza y me dijo que sí, que era muy buena opción para cuando le vuelva a pasar, además tiene muy buena palatabilidad por lo que aunque estén malitos, les puede el sabor y acaban comiendo. Es un alimento líquido por lo que no necesita complementar con nada más. Ponerle su agua o aquarius y listo. Obviamente hay que tratar las náuseas y el problema en cuestión con productos farmacéuticos, antibióticos y productos para las náuseas como primperan u otros.

Marqué par le véto pour lui faire prendre un traitement de 8 jours, mais mon chat n'a pas du tout aimé. Obligé de lui faire prendre par pipette.

Lo he utilizado para mi gatito de 16 años q tiene pancreatitis y estaba un poco deshidratado, le ha venido bien y muy importante se lo ha tomado sin problema, ya q había probado con otros productos y me decía q para mí!. Recomendable.

Me ha resuelto para un gato insuficiencia renal estaba muy decaído y desde que le he dado el está más animado y empezado a comer lo recomiendo 100%
