Q: Are you also coming out with a 6x10 unit?

For those of you asking, you should find a local 3D Printing Technician and ask them if they would be able to make one. I would assume it would only add about 1/4 to 1/2 inch bulge to the total unit. Hope it helps!

Q: Since the device needs to be plug in, how much will it affect my electricity bill?

Mine consume 6 Watts at full load with fan set to 10 (Max Speed). At idle, they consume 0.4 Watts. This was tested with a Kill A Watt.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. The temperature displayed on the vent is the air coming from your heating and air system, not the room temperature. If you are using your register booster fan on the heating setting, you will need to trigger the temperature on the register 2 degrees below from what your thermostat is showing. For example, if your register booster fans thermometer is reading the air at 80 Degrees Farenheight, you will need to set the register booster fan to 78 Degrees Fahrenheit. Kind regards, Stephanie H. The probe measures the temperature of the air coming from the register, not the temperature of the room. It is NOT a thermostat. Yes, it does trigger properly for me. You do have to decide on a balance that works best for your preferences. If you want the fans to run more often, you'd set a higher temperature for the cooling trigger, and a lower temperature for the heating trigger.
