We have this sitting out on display in a prominent area of our home, that's how nice it looks. Great value and basically life-size

I bought this after rabbits built a den in a large flower pot on my front porch. I was looking for a way to scare small animals from coming onto the porch. This has sat outside in all temperatures for well over a year. Periodically, I coat it with mineral oil to keep it looking realistic. Still scares rabbits, chipmunks,delivery people, my lawn sprinkler guy, but not the coyotes. Coyotes stand right over him! I named him, "Snakefried."

Hi everyone. I was very hesitant about purchasing this Statue because of all the negative reviews it had received. I finally decided to purchase it and if I didn't like it, it could always be returned. Upon receiving it, I was actually very pleased...now keep in mind, Rattlesnakes come in various colors/hues/ patterns so, keep an open mind. The Sculpt itself is incredible, wonderful detail and a natural pose. The coloring is a bit dark but, the pattern was distinctable with various hues and looked very natural. Now, in most of the reviews, people complained about the glossiness of the Snake and I will agree about that but, it is not over powering....it just looks like the Snake is wet. Overall, its a fantastic piece and if you place it out in the sunlight, it looks very realistic. Also, keep in mind that these are hand painted and every piece will be slightly different. The rattlesnake sculpture is exquisite. Unfortunately, they ship it in a flimsy box that doesn’t protect the rattle. The first one I received, the styrofoam was broken and the tail was crushed. I’m giving them 5 stars because I requested a replacement and it arrived quickly. The second box looked worse than the first box but the snake was intact. I still have to ship the broken one back, at their expense and with some hassle, but the snake is worth it. Still, I will hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

This little statue is beautiful. It really seems life like. Really cool. I will definitely get a good laugh at the people it startles.

I love this little static display--I put it over my sprinkler valve box and it has been rodent free for over a year. No signs of digging or any kind of rodent presence
