Sharp, Well Made Shears For Detail Work
Super sharp and surprisingly high quality for the price. This product makes trimming the hair between my tiny puppy's footpads quick and relatively easy and keeps her from tracking dirt into the house. Mind you, it still requires patience and care not to cut her accidentally, but the rounded points help to prevent injury. As a result, my rather tightly wound Schnoodle puppy now sleeps through most of it! These shears are also excellent for trimming around her face and even inside her ears. I would recommend these for any pet owner looking to do any fine detail trimming. I have also used them on my fussy, spoiled, 22lb. Norwegian Forest Cat to remove knots in his spider silk fine 4" long coat that other shears only pull and tangle. A literal first where before it was next to impossible without two brave souls to help me.

Great Product! Made in Japan with Japanese Steel 5 Star Quality perfect for home or business use
Great for working the paws, ears, face and rear. The scissor cut VERY cleanly and make grooming a BREEZE! I wish I would have gotten these a LOT sooner! However, it's only for smaller areas. For cutting body length hair, I'm looking to pick up one of the straight or curved 6.5 Love this brand... high quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pleasant user experience

Good shears, but fingerholes too large
I bought these for grooming my three small dogs. Although they are sharp and do the job, the finger holes are too big for me to have a proper hold of them, even with the included inserts. I contacted the manufacturer, but they said I would have to get smaller inserts, but they don't have any. I'll search around, but if I end up having to spend another $10 just for small inserts, I'll probably return these and get a different scissor elsewhere. At least the manufacturer customer service did reply to my email quickly.

Excellent shear for a modest price
Love these shears. Bought them as an alternative to the more expensive Roseline shears that cut beautifully but are extremely easy to knock out of balance. Wanted something a little more rugged to stand up to lots of grooming. I've been using these shears for several weeks now, and they are just what I was hoping for. Well balanced, good cutting edge and passed the first accidental drop test with flying colors. I do notice that the curve on these shears is a little closer to the tip than I'm used to, even for a 6 1/2" shear. Great for shaping paws and blending/beveling, but not much blade left for quick trim ups on long edges. I'm going to try some straights next.

Sharf Gold Touch Pet shears 6.5inch 42tooth excellent for professional groom of dog
Is a great comb scissor for giving a natural edge to ones waggy hair nice fit for fingers n my hands & fingers are a piano players so I have larger hands long fingers n usually find scissors made especially the finger holes too small scissors are not long in length Yet I find this great especially if using beneath round legs face etc no drama has a wee screw mechanism which is not fiddly to tighten or loosen n does Not come loose when using and I paid double price for one of these scissors elsewhere n they kept coming loose when using Very impressed n will be looking also for next size in teeth up in this same brand Also delivery was on time scissors come in a great well made case also n packaging was also thoughtful in the goods not being damaged ThankQ for a very good product at a reasonable price For once I have brought scissors that do as claimed which is wonderful as trying to send merchandise back n get refunded with most sellers I have found a waste of my time my expense which cost me n provides roof over sellers head as a customer I would definitely purchase again from this seller

Great tools make for great results
These are great pet shears. And of course very sharp -- I did accidentally nick my finger, ouch, but I'm new to pet grooming. After a pair of inexpensive shears, these are a dream to work with. My golden doodle is so relaxed while being scissored, it's a nice experience -- this blending tool does NOT pull her hair. These scissors are the antidote to preventing a choppy haircut. They make it easy to blend her coat: face, legs, and body. Those little rubber gold "comfort rings" fell out at the most inopportune time. Grooming is most comfortable for me when the rubber rings are in place; apparently they're supposed to be removable. As with any endeavor, if you use the correct tools, you'll make the job more enjoyable. Skip the cheapy scissors, I highly recommend splurging on a pair like these Sharf Gold Touch Pet Shears.

Excellent, sharp, and work well
I am not a professional groomer, just a rescue mom. I have a Golden and I've been looking at so many thinning shear brands. I picked up a cheap pair at the local pet store and it created a choppy mess. Over a few months of research, I decided on a pair recommended on many golden retriever websites. Unfortunately, those shears were never in stock or unavailable. I took a chance on these Sharf, 42 tooth thinning shear and I am so glad I purchased these. They are sharp, and I only got one cut.... but it was a good one on my pinkie. So be careful if you are a newbie like me. Her ears are still scruffy as I was focusing on her thick hair near her tail (just to the left and right of her tail). I didn't want to trim it/thin it, but it was so thick my shedding rake daily and regular bathing was not keeping that area clean and tidy.

They’re okay, but not as sharp as I would have expected. A little disappointed but they did the job when my other pair needed sharpening.
