What does the HB part stand for and what does the little clock symbol stand for?

Howdy! I'd be happy to answer those for you, please find the information below. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us via our website. 'HB' stands for "Hunger Bar" this handy 1->10 bar allows you to record how hungry you were before your meal, on a scale of 1 (not hungry) to 10 (very hungry!). This is great for seeing how hungry you were throughout the day. Perhaps you're more hungry in the morning? Time for a bigger breakfast! 'Clock' The clock allows you to record the time of your meal, this is another convenient feature to see how your eating trends change over the weeks. Perhaps you're eating breakfast too early and not feeling hungry? This is a great way to find out! 'F' and 'H' stand for "Full" and "Hungry" - these are little tick boxes which you can check off after each meal. Did the meal leave you feeling hungry or full? This is great for Meal Planning, it lets you know which meals fill you up and alternatively which meals leave you wanting more! 'M' is a handy spot to quickly record your mood. By recording this, you can see how eating certain foods impact your emotions. This is also a great way to see which foods don't agree with your stomach, or your emotions! A lovely food diary/journal.. compatable with Slimming World.. it's great for motivation with stickers and room to write your own thoughts. So glad i invested in this food diary.. i know it will help to keep me on track with my Slimming World weight loss journey.

Excellent stationary

I have been buying these books for a while now. They cover everything I need (and then some). The book is a good quality one and it keeps me on track with my food/drink intake. It is because it is so easy to use that I continue to write in it daily. If you are trying to cut down on your calorie intake/slimming world eating plan, this is the book for you and I highly recommend it.

Really nice design but poorly executed.

The book is designed beautifully and laid out well. However, it is really poor quality, the cover pages are thin and flimsy and the paper quality isn’t great. There are very few stickers, it says that the book should last seven weeks but there are less than thirty work out stickers and only 8 to do stickers. It’s not terrible but for the price it would be better to buy something else. I’m really disappointed

Fantastic!

If, like me, you're following a weight loss plan this food journal is brilliant! Looks good and has lovely inspirational leaflets with it. The food diary pages are compatible with SW but would also fit with any plan. A great buy, would highly recommend and have done so in my SW group last night.

Gorgeous diary/planner!

This is far better than I expected! Loads of beautifully designed pages to help me track and plan my weight loss, to motivate myself and hopefully keep me on plan! I love the pastel colours and the stickers, I'm taken back to my childhood which makes losing weight a bit more fun! I'm following the Slimming World plan, so I was delighted to find such a cute planner which has been designed specifically for SW!! This planner lasts for 7 weeks but I can see me getting the 3 month or annual planner when this one's done (I have a lot of weight to lose!!).

Still a good journal, but less value for money

I bought the journal again, because I liked it when I used it 2 years ago. Disappointed to realise it's cut back from an 8 week to a 7 week journal, but still a great tracker
