These fit very snugly. I suppose they have to. I found them to be comfortable and more importantly they do the job they were designed to do very well. The important question has to be "would I buy them again?" Yes, I would.

This is the 5th or 6th manufacturer tried in 12 months and the first to be cut high enough at the back to feel comfortable. Well lined and stitched and standing up well to multiple washes. Still comfortable and effective with a good seal after almost 12 months but the black die is subject to staining.

Medium size is suitable for waist size up to 35”. I would go for large if you are 36”” plus

Do the job and don’t shrink in the wash

Item was very small. Next time I will order a larger size.

Due to medical problems I need protection

These were very good when I had bladder cancer. I lost control of my bladder and kept leaking urine. They are discrete, no noise when moving around and no smell from the fluid retaining section. They won’t contain major leaks, but as someone who had a large tumor in their bladder, these were good enough to contain those leaks when I couldn’t get to the toilet quickly enough or after going still having small leaks..

Bought these for my husband again. He finds them comfortable and reliable. He is able to live life with the confidence of no leaks.

Received today and took it for a “test drive”. Odd perhaps to take your underwear for a drive. I’ll explain later. First about the boxer briefs. Soft 100% cotton. Waistband not restrictive nor scratchy. Elastic covered inside the same soft cotton material. Short leg part. If you’re looking for longer-pantleg boxer briefs, these may not be to your liking. I happen to like the in-between version of regular briefs and full leg length boxer briefs. I have a 34” waistline. Medium fits perfect. Hope it will hold up after washing it. I haven’t seen any comments/reviews/warnings about major shrinkage. Why I took my underwear for a test drive. I am 67 with an enlarged prostrate and at times have sudden urges that get me in trouble if there is no bathroom around within 60 seconds. I do not have a constant leakage issue as I’ve read in other reviews. I do not need protection at night nor during the day when I am home or near a bathroom. I do however need the protection when I am on the road away from home or close proximity to a restroom. I have been using “Depend FIT-FLEX Incontinence Underwear for Men, Maximum Absorbency”. Also an Amazon purchase. And although those provided excellent protection and saved me from quite a few embarrassing moments, they were too bulky for my taste. Too much padding in the back where I don’t need the protection. I must say today’s maiden voyage was successful. In addition to the briefs I also purchased from Amazon the “Depend Incontinence Guards for Men, Maximum Absorbency”. I read a review stating using pads with these briefs as extra protection. Well without going into details I can assure you it works! The pad absorbed while the briefs stayed dry. Note about the pads. The have an adhesive strip. I didn’t use for my first experiment. If needed for longer period without restroom availability I figure the protection of the brief would save the day and would absorb any overflow. Also the pad is easily removed and replaced. The pad comes in a discreetly packaged pouch about the size of a large wallet. Plan to bring a few when out and about for any sustained length of time away from a restroom. In closing, very happy with it. Very comfortable. Feels like wearing regular cotton briefs with the added sense of confidence of not feeling like an old incontinent pitiful senior. Priceless.
