I would rate 10* if I could. I use it not only to prevent infections, but also an eye cream. It’s the only eye cream I can use. Anything else will cause me contact dermatitis. It really hydrates the skin and keeps infections under control, also lasts for a long time.

Good quality eyelid ointment, easy to use and very effective

First of all, this tube is very big, as you can see from the picture. I was expecting something more golden eye ointment tube sized. Secondly when I got it for a stye I was confused with the box and instructions as it kept saying it was for barley eye and other things I've never heard of. I had no idea that in other parts of the western world a stye is called barley eye. Then I couldn't work out dosage so in the end I washed and antibaced my hands, squeezed a tiny amount, about a centimetre and applied on outer eyelid as was worried about stinging or unsuitability. In the end it worked fine and pain eased overnight and pus came out. Not sure it the rest of the tube will ever get used even though I wiped it all down with alcohol wipe.

Used this product for 5 days following the simple steps noted on box (no internal instructions) item seems to have origins in Poland. Product made external eyelids worse, redder, more painful and itch more than they did before i started using.

I wasn't sure if this would help, its a polish product, more an ointment than a cream, ingredients (see pic) I had a really bad stye, eye infection, I'd tried some drops and compresses but it wasn't getting better. This stuff went on beautifully, it didnt sting or smell and gave instant relief to my eye, and it was better within 48 hours. It is expensive for what it is but, it fixed my eye so I'm ok with that.

I had a really bad stye! My eye was completely swollen. This relieved the pain instantly! My eye was pretty much back to normal within 48hrs. Would highly recommend

I get styes very regular on my eyes. This time the stye was inside my eyes. I was desperate as it’s lockdown / Covid and this was cheap and came the next day. This and steaming my face together got rid of the stye inside my eyes in one day !! Thank you whoever made this miracle medicine !! I applied it around the eyes and inside the eyelid (out of choice) and steamed my face throughout the day and the stye went in one day. It was a big and painful stye too !! Love this thing will be re ordering to keep as back up for the future !!
