Lids don’t fit properly.
Sorry to say but I bought these previously and they were perfect,, Got another pack of 12mg, cups absolutely fine but for some reason the lids won’t close properly……This is really dangerous as you can imagine and boiling water inside. Have tried the cups randomly with several lids and unable to get any to fit perfectly. They need EXACT size of lid is is crucial for hot drinks Regards Susan Collins

Good size, fits holders in cars etc. Sturdy, ridges effect hells prevent hot hands, good looking and great colour - no leaks even when used over a few times (my husband didn't know you're not supposed to really)

We used for thanksgiving dinner..held hot and cold beverages. They were perfect and guest taking hot beverages home were grateful.

If only the lids I had been sent actually fitted the cups some were a loose fit not a tight fit The hot drink spilled on customer because of the defective lid.. My advice is to check the lids immediately when you receive the parcel. I didn't; because we sale more 12 oz coffee drinks than the 8 oz. hot chocolate drinks.
