Just received my 13th delivery of this refreshing and replenishing drink. It weaned my active adult son off Red Bull and Monster energy drinks, and the difference in both his weight and temperament are very apparent. It’s a great hydration boost for sport and active people.

Its a shame polarised sweat is not readily available and affordable here. This seems the best value for money to be able to get electrolytes in you which help keep you going during workouts and rehydrate you when your dried out for whatever reason.

I always make a litre of this for before, during and after football.

Brilliant stuff when dehydrated but don’t use daily.

Had a load in Japan. The bottled versions are expensive but this powder is a great alternative. Best for hydration and hangovers

It’s a refreshing drink that tastes good but the main thing the salts in it help replace minerals and Sid rehydration after exercise. Also lowers risk of hangover if taken the night before and helps the cure the day after
