So my adult cat (8/9 years old) has always had issues with vomiting. Ever since I've had him. It would be like projection vomiting. I've had him on different types of cat foods, but never on a premium kind. He was vomiting, at least every other day. And I could not figure out why. The vet wasn't given me clear answers. So I decided to change up his entire food routine. I purchased the solid gold sensitive stomach, dry cat food, and also got him a slow feeder i changed his food gradually, and I can say I am so very pleased with the results he hasn't thrown up maybe once and that was because I didn't put his food that day in his slow feeder, and he's a extremely fast eater. This product is quite expensive. But it opened my eyes and wanting to give the best quality food for my cat, more nutrition, better for his stomach and overall health. And I will continue to do so I feel so much better knowing I'm giving my cat good solid ingredients and it's also helping his vomiting. I was so close to giving my cat away because i was tired of his puking so really this food saved me from doing that lol It's a win win situation.Thank you

Okay, so anyone buying this food is buying for cats with sensitive stomachs. We know that and have probably tried DOZENS. I have a senior cat, 16yr roughly, who has regurgitated all of her life and vets never could fix it (and wanted her on SD which has always caused problems in our cats - super happy if it works for your furbabies though). So we also all know - milage may vary. That said, she has had the most positive increase in quality of life since trying this food. She eats more; regurges far, far less; and has gained weight! She's always been a tiny lil thing. And more than that, she now wants mousse and treats! (We use Churu & Tiki Cat for mousse and treats.) That in itself would have me rate 5stars and it brings me to tears. Plus, I am not cleaning her bowls constantly due to regurge. The customer service, however, absolutely blew me away. We received a damaged bag and due to weather & the like, lost a fair bit of the bag. I contacted them and they were real people, not some automated system. They were extremely personable and quick to resolve the broken food bag. They definitely deserve 5stars and that is not something I say lightly.

This dry cat food can be fed to adult cats and kittens. I have been feeding my 4-year old cat this food since she was 8 weeks old. My 3-year cat has been eating this since he was 10 weeks old. If you are feeding both cats and kittens, this food is appropriate for all stages of a cat's life. I recently switched to the Lamb variety. After reading the ingredients, the Lamb formula is better than the chicken. The pieces are small in both the chicken and lamb variety.

my cat is very sensitive, i had bought bag after bag of food, and she still got sick, since having her on this, she has not gotten sick at all.

Most dried cat food has big pieces, it's nice to see small pieces when you open the bag! My cat doesn't seem to eat as much of this quickly like he does other cat food. I think it is probably because he is fuller for longer periods of time, but who knows cat's are picky. It definitely looks richer has a deeper color than others. Not going to taste it so can't tell you about the taste lol! Because my cat doesn't eat as much of this cat food it is a good value, doesn't smell much at all. I do find this company gives you more than most brands of cat food when it comes to weight, I definitely think the quality is better ! Didn't give 5 star because too soon for me to know how my cat is doing with this food!

My cats beg for me to open the bag. They stalk me till I do. They love it. Only thing is I wish for the price it would be a bigger bag. But other than that my cats love it. I love that they love and seem to have much better bathroom habits

My cat has eaten this Solid Gold dry food for years and still enjoys it. It’s been a reliable choice with consistent quality, and I appreciate that she hasn’t gotten bored with it over time.

Our cats love this food straight out of the bag....to be honest because of the price and one cat being a hairball queen we mix it fifty fifty with Purina Sensitive Stomach and Hairball Cat Food. Our 19 year old Raven, has seen health improvements since we found Solid Gold Cat Food. Both of our cats have seen better muscle, health, and Coat improvements since switch to Solid Gold. Another thing we noticed is we aren't buying alot of food as quickly. Our Cats always gourged themselves getting fat off cheap store brands but never muscle tone or activity. The Blend of Solid Gold and Purina Sensitive Stomach and Hairball really work for our Cats.
