Everything arrived packaged very well and in excellent condition. I purchased the guitar bundle for my 11-year-old granddaughter, and she absolutely loves it. She was able to start using it immediately. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I contacted the seller with a question, and he responded immediately and was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this Guitar bundle for a child just beginning to play. I also highly recommended this seller. The sound quality is excellent, and the size and weight of the guitar fit her very well. It arrived tuned beautifully, making it so she could pick it up and immediately start using it. It was very easy for her to get the strap on it and start practicing different chords. I have nothing negative to say about this transaction at all. I felt I got a good price for the bundle, as well.

Nice Fender guitar I bought for my younger son. Arrived safely and everything is in working order. I tried the included tuner and it may take a bit to understand and get the tuning accomplished, but once you know it's actually picking up the notes you should be able to figure it out. Cord is really nice and the amplifier does fine - you will get a bit of a hum if set to high though so remember you have settings on both the amplifier and the guitar itself.

Perfect size and good starter kit for our 10-year old. While there was discoloration, the seller was able to help me identify a way to polish it off and if that didn't work, they were willing to exchange it.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter two weeks before her birthday. The package arrived on time in good condition. When she first played the guitar we noticed that the top string would never tighten properly and would buzz when it was in tune. I live in a remote area so a week later I went down the mountain to a guitar center where I bought strings, hoping that this would solve the problem. After restringing the problem was not resolved. A week later I went down the mountain again and took it to a guitar center. They let me know that the truss rod was broken and the neck was bent. The guitar had arrived broken and would cost twice what I paid for it to fix it. Because a few days past the 30 days had occurred I was unable to return the product. I would never buy from this company again. The guitar arrived very broken and it did not occur during shipping so it was obviously missed during quality control. I reached out and explained the situation and they said I would have to go through the manufacturer if I wanted any help. Do not buy from this seller or if you do, make sure the item is in good condition right away otherwise you will have to go through the hassle of contacting the original manufacturer.

This comes with several pieces: the guitar and strap, tuner, a pick-card, and a cloth to wipe the shiny black guitar. The tuner took a little bit of figuring out, but when you hit the right note, it gives you lots of flashing green lights, so that encourages my son to tune before he plays. The cloth is a very nice touch I would have never thought of. The pick-card is probably my son's favorite part! He pushed the picks out and still carries the empty pick card around. Finally the guitar and strap. Strap is a strap, no complaints. The Guitar is great. It is just small enough for him to start learning chords, and it holds its tune, even going between his mother's house and my house. The sound is great as well. Very pleased with this purchase.

The guitar is awesome! It did not come with the tuner as specified. Other than that excellent purchase!

Put a lot of thought into getting the right size guitar for our 9 yo taking into consideration from musician friends and local instrument stores. Decided on this one because it was advertised as 39.6" in size! Open the box......35". Very Very disappointing.
