The Comfilife knee pillow arrived in it's on plastic travel bag, which was a nice surprise. The pillow itself has a zippered covering for easy washing. The size is compact and is comfortable because of the memory foam. I sleep on my back and this pillow has alleviated my back pain. I think if there was some sort of a soft handle sewn on the short side of the pillow, it would make it easier to lift or adjust from under the knees. Otherwise, I am happy with this pillow and will travel with it.

I never expect too much from products like this, but have been pleasantly surprised by the comfort, functionality and quality of this pillow. Both my knees are awaiting hyaluronic acid shots and probably eventual surgery and have serious arthritis as part of the problem. I have been trying to meet the challenge and lower my pain and discomfort level with a variety of other pillows and rolled-up blankets, to little avail. This pillow really helps. It's soft and yielding (so it doesn't cut off my circulation) but elevates and supports my knees just right. I don't recommend things lightly -- especially if they're supposed to be therapeutic -- but this pillow definitely meets the criteria for telling my friends about it. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Researched pillows long before I opted to try this type. Originally ordered it to wedge behind my back to keep me from sleeping on my bad shoulder. Or under my legs . But I was having so much trouble sleeping bc of my neck that I decided to try the pillow there first. It's a bit firm for the neck...but I've actually slept quite a bit better since I've been using it!! And oddly enough..its helped me sleep on my back more. Which is why I got it to begin with. I've only had it about 5 days. So I can't say how long it will hold it's firmness. But I'm happy with it so far.

I've never written a review before because I don't usually have extremely strong opinions on my purchases but oh my gosh...this pillow saved me from SO much pain I was experiencing! I am sick right now and I was having insane joint pain and I already have a smaller knee pillow so I started to use that when I had a flare up. It was not enough to quell the pain. Not even slightly. I could barely walk, I didn't get out of bed for almost 24 hours. I ordered this and it came overnight. I ordered it (while crying) around 2 in the morning and it came the very next day. I am obsessed with this. It is very firm and I have used it in multiple positions. It is great for under the knees when laying on my back, but I am primarily a side sleeper so I have one end between my knees and the other between my ankles. It helps keep my legs aligned so they don't get twisted and start another flare up. I recommend this 100%!

It is well made and of good quality material. I gave it a 3 because I did not find it comfortable when i used it under the knees or ankles like it was intended for. I bought it to help when I sleep on my back, but after about 30 mins my knee hurt. I tried other positions while sleeping and did not find it comfortable. I have found it comfortable as a neck rest when watching tv.

The knee pillow feels so good under my legs, very relaxing. I also have used it behind my back for lumbar support, nice product.

This pillow is exactly what I needed. Just something to lift my knees when I'm reading in bed so my legs aren't hyperextended. I was worried when I opened it that it wouldn't be sturdy enough, as it feels a bit soft, but it's perfect. You can also use it for neck support. Very comfy.
