The most excellent Turkey roaster! I used this for the first time for Thanksgiving, and it was absolutely brilliant for roasting potatoes in with the Turkey. They came out crispy and delicious! The lid is an added bonus too, you can use it for servicing up sliced turkey. And you can cook on it as well. Such a versatile cooking vessel. The stainless steel is impossibly shiny and gorgeous! I adore this pan and for the price it was a good investment, it will be good in my kitchen for many years to come. 5 stars!

This roaster is fantastic! Its heavy duty and cleaned up nicely. I used it for my Thanksgiving turkey, it cleaned up nicely. I am very happy with the purchase. The handles are turned in ward I am not sure if I like that or not, but I plan to purchase more pans from this company.

This is a very nice roasting pan. The pan is thick and sturdy and the top can also be used as a pan. The pan comes with a wire rack which is also very sturdy. This is a large pan and was big enough for a 14 lb. turkey. I wish I has invested in this pan sooner.

High quality construction. Not thin. Easy to clean. This feels like it will last for generations! It made some people jealous they didn't have this one.

This roaster is of excellent quality!! I received it the day before Thanksgiving so was able to use it straight away. My 23-lb turkey fit in it perfectly. Love the rack - it helps hold the turkey in the roaster better. The inward facing handles were a bit of a need to get used to issue, for me anyway. I loved the idea of them not taking up precious space in the oven, but they also made it a bit difficult to get in with oven mitts without getting them messy from the turkey. This may not be an issue when not cooking a large turkey that fills the rack from end to end. I did receive a pan that showed heavy polish marks on the bottom side and after washing the pan before first use it showed a silhouette of a sticker (on the inside bottom and it was fairly large!) but, there was no sticker there! I have no idea what that was all about. It did not effect the cooking process, however. Over-all, it cooked my turkey to glorious perfection, the roaster looks beautiful and is of excellent quality! Aside from the phantom sticker outline it is well worth the money for a quality item that will last a lifetime, if properly cared for. I'm still working out (3 years later) how to get the ... marks from heating I guess, for lack of a better term ... off without an hour of heavy duty elbow grease! Would love to know a secret to keeping those odd marks off and shinning in it's original shinning glory!

Nice pan but not as large as we thought, the 19 inch length includes the handles. Some one said they did a 25 pound turkey in it, I doubt it unless they stomped it in the pan with their feet !

Great quality and stainless steel!

This pan is built like a tank. They advertise it as stainless but inductive heat capable. It is made with ferritic stainless steel which makes it induction range top ready. Non magnetic stainless will not work on induction cook tops. It has a flat bottom with no ridges of any kind making it perfect for deglazing and even cooking gravy right in the pan. Plus it just looks great. Heavy at over 5# empty and without the rack but this looks like the kind of pan that will need to be included in my will.
