After doing a methylation test these Got rid of my rosacea and a few other issues. Will always use these.

After having issues with my 'folic acid' and my prescription of these having no effect I took it upon myself to research what I could do. I found out that there is a gene mutation; "A folic acid gene mutation, also known as an MTHFR gene mutation, is a variation in the MTHFR gene that affects how well your body processes folate. Folate is a natural form of folic acid" (taken from Google AI) - turns out that some people cannot absorb folic acid (which is the manufactured version of folate). For £10 decided to give these a go - wow! Within a couple of days I was already noticing a difference and following a recent blood test it was confirmed that taking this increased my 'folate' levels back to normal. Please note I am not a medical professional and can only advise on my experience and personal research into this. I'd recommend doing your own research and consulting with your doctor before doing anything.

I took the test to find out my genes. I have the MTHER gene and decided to try these. After two weeks I feel a little stronger in the gym, recover seems a little better too. But overall well being seems better too. My sleep seems to have improved also.

These are good quality and at a good price for the strength of these, one of only a few brands on amazon I've came across that do 7500mg and I've purchased these several times and will continue to do so.

This vitamin works very well. It was packaged well and the directions were clear. I found it to be a great value for the money. I like that it was only one vitamin per day versus two per day. No aftertaste once the vitamin has been taken like some others I had tried. Great value!
