My new addiction ! Gluten free !
Gorgeous and delicious. Easy to cook and difficult to drain as the quinoas are small ! You will need a drainer with small holes as they all try to run away . I love gluten free diet as easy to shape my body and less swollen legs . It is costly than cous cous but i can meet my target for my weight easily. The quinoa matches with any meats and fishes. No more going back to the heavy rices . Healthy little luxury. The great Visual effects on your plate is a big plus too .

Arrived in a plastic bag! Great Tasting Quinoa Though
Please try not to use Plastic to package your Quinoa. The image shows Paper, but i received plastic. Going to be trying different brands to see if there is much difference in tastes and texture, but this is still really nice. MY favorite thing about Quinoa is the texture / chew when it has been cooked and still hot (after 10 mins of leaving). I like it stuck together like a porridge. Adding a little Organic Sesame Seed Oil and Salt to finish and cooking with Organic Dill Herb, makes it really nice.

Came as a vacuum sealed package of Quinoa, weight was right, quality was good, arrived quickly. Will buy this again! Transition to a gluten free diet is a little difficult, but Quinoa certainly made a decent difference. Came in a decent volume that I could try out making quinoa flour and pasta. Super happy with the purchase!
