FEL-PRO HS 9076 PT-3 Engine Cylinder Head Gasket Set for Jeep Wrangler

Complete gasket set, even came with an extra thermostat gasket which was handy for the coolant system detergent flush without a thermostat installed. The head gasket coating seemed to be missing some sticky ness in between some of the cylinders so I opted to use copper gasket spray on the head gasket and the manifold gasket. So far it's been great! I suggest having your valves lapped or machined in if you are taking the head off, all of the exhaust valve seats in my head were crooked which leaked brake fluid on the leak test after lapping so a machine shop had to cut the valves and seats to match. Pretty much all of the engine is felpro sealed now, and I take pride on not having a single leak anywhere!

Perfect replacement for my son's 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We thought we had a simple blown head gasket, and it turned out that our existing head was cracked. Found a replacement head (with valves installed) for $33 at the local salvage yard. Bough this set of gaskets and a new set of head bolts and put the whole thing back together. We too had some gaskets left over, but our Jeep runs perfect now. Nothing leaks and it doesn't overheat anymore. Highly recommend this gasket set.

Seem to be working just fine after a cylinder head job. I noticed no fitment issues, but I did have 2 leftover gaskets. They are both small silver gaskets that are not in the product pictures and for the life of me I cannot figure out where they should go in my engine bay! Perhaps they are for other year vehicles in my series, but just not mine?Anyhoo, back on the road and everything seems OK after 3 weeks.

Used this kit when I was refreshing my 1996 Jeep 4.0L cylinder head. Everything seemed to be top quality and fit perfectly.**5 month update** Jeep still running strong. No issues with any of the gaskets/seals.

Just what we needed to replace the blown head gasket on my old jeep. It had all the gaskets and other stuff we needed. My mechanic friend specified that I get the Fel-Pro brand. Amazon's price was about $40 less than the local parts house.
