2 runs 2 PRs. I have been running on and off the last 3 years and intermittently throughout my adult life. I have rarely gone over a 10K. Picked up 6am run sprint fruit punch and have had 2 good experiences. 2 PRs for my 10K..Flavor is fine. No jitters or stomach issues. Felt a noticeable sustained energy and endurance, less muscle fatigue. Very happy with it so far. Would recommend.

I’m 53 years old and have been running for over 40 years and I can tell you that this is the best running supplement I have ever used. No jitters, No crazy tingling sensation just pure energy. I have used 6AM and have set PRs (Personal Records) in my 5k, 10k and 1/2 marathon all over the past year!! I’m so glad that a Company has finally taken note of runners concerns and created a product specifically for Running!! THANKS 6AM!!

6am Run is not helpful when there is a problem with their product. I was communicating with them and then they just ghosted me. It’s been over a week and I’ve heard nothing. I just wanted to get a replacement and they said they would help at first and now nothing.

Quit acting supplement. It gives me the energy, wakes me up and it taste great. I use this pre-workout every morning before any of my exercises or when I need to feel more awake early in the morning. Also, when I’m dragging in the afternoon I mix one scoop into my 20 ounce shaker. I don’t get the jittery feeling with this pre-workout, which is wonderful. Worth the price that I pay for.

It taste good but I don’t feel a difference when I do take it or don’t take it

Definitely a legit pre run supplement

I got this as a little boost to help me get back to where I used to be with running. I noticed a definite difference with my stamina. The point of the run where I'd normally start to get some achy legs and be out of breath, my legs were fine and I didn't feel like I needed to slow down at all. HOWEVER: I cut out caffeine and such over 10 years ago. So the energy that this gives did give me some jitters. Nothing major, but taking it about an hour before my run, I was shaky (once I ran, that went away)

If there is less than one star I would give them, the reason why because they are saying if you are not satisfied with the results we give your money back, I was using another boots for ruining a gel one and it work just fine for me but I didn'like the taste, so I change it to this one and did get any result that I get before from the gel, I sent an email to theme asking how to get my money back a while ago but didn't get any response from them
