Badge Adhesive Review
I recently used this badge adhesive to attach some embroidered patches to a jacket, and I must say, I'm impressed! The adhesive is strong yet flexible, providing a secure bond that lasts. Once applied, the badges stayed in place through multiple washes and wear, which is exactly what I needed. What I particularly liked about this adhesive is its ease of use—just apply a thin layer to the back of the badge, press firmly, and let it dry. It dries clear, which is great for keeping everything looking neat. It also doesn’t leave any residue or mess once it’s dry, which is a huge plus. The only downside is that it might not work as well on certain fabrics, like very delicate or lightweight materials. It’s best to test it on a small area first. Overall, I’d recommend it for anyone looking to attach badges, patches, or similar embellishments securely.

One of the more expensive adhesives, but worth it.
This 3M product costs far more than others. That being said, it’s a patented formula. A rubber strip had torn between the hood and body of my car. driving down the interstate one evening it looked like a snake whipping in the wind. I wasn’t really certain there was an adhesive that would work. This on did. 30 minutes to cure, and 24 hrs. off the interstate. A month later, and holding firm/like new. Peace of mind for about $20. Not a bad deal.

Works great but tube was opened when I received it.
Product worked great but I just needed a little bit for this job. When I received it, I found that it had been opened, It was not a new tube! Someone else needed a little bit, used a little bit, then returned it to Amazon as unopened. So I paid for a couple of repairs for my money.

Worked on my Porsche
As I was washing my Porsche, I was hurrying and not paying attention. Suddenly, I got too close to the emblem on my bumper and ripped off half of the last letter with my washing mitt. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. I did not want to have a dealer put a new emblem on as I have heard it is very expensive. So, I researched extensively online and the Porsche guys all swore by this product. After my shipment arrived, I tore off the last letter completely and cleaned both the back of the letter and the bumper finish of glue using alcohol. Then, I cut a piece of this product, peeled the paper layer as directed, and pressed the letter onto the adhesive. Then, I pulled the letter up and the adhesive adhered perfectly to the back of the letter. I aligned the letter and pressed onto the bumper finish and the held the letter down for 15 seconds or so and it adhered completely. This was amazing to me as the bumper has a curved surface and the letter material is fairly stiff. But it is on there very, very securely. Do yourself a favor and buy this product if you want to reapply an emblem. Also, the product description mentioned your badge needs to be foam taped on the back but mine were not and I had no issues. You just need a clean, flat surface on the back of the emblem to adhere to.

Effective adhesive for plastic and emblems
Working with this 3M adhesive at my workshop has been pretty straightforward. It holds plastic parts and emblems securely without any messy spills. I used it to attach a badge on my car, and it stayed put during a recent road trip 🚗. It's handy to have around for quick fixes. Definitely a product I’ll keep in my toolbox.

Prepared the car and workspace exactly as the product instruction and online videos. Product is easy to use as it sticks to the back of the badges. Isopropyl alcohol on a clean surface then applied, then left in the garage for 3 weeks. Wash the car 4 weeks later and the badges just fell off even with the gentlest hand washing over them Beyond disappointed from both it being a 3M product and the high price paid. Every other 3M product I have used has offered great results, but this was total waste of both time and money
