Fantastic!
I love, love, LOVE ❤️ Redcurrant Jelly! This simply had to be purchased and tried; and it’s fantastic! I make my own too, but I only had enough Redcurrants to make four jars.

Great flavour from Tiptree
Not the firmest consistency but the always reliably good Tiptree flavour more than makes up for it. Delicious!

I can't be without it!
GREAT! So glad I could get some! I thought it had joined the Hens' teeth section of availability. I love it and use it in loads of recipes as well as a condiment.

I never had red currant jelly before, and to my personal tastes, this jelly is tart and I enjoy tartness, although it is balanced with sweetness. I've used it on roasts, cheeses, and pastries. The sugar level is moderate to high, typical of fruit jellies, both for sweetness and preservation. It is smooth and uniform, no and seeds, skins, or pulp. It retains its shape on a spoon or knife, yet spreads easily on bread, scones, or meat, not too thicks. I will purchase it again.

My wife loves red currant jelly. When she was a child, her grandfather grew currants, made the grandkids pick them, and then made jelly. For years she bought Trappist red currant jelly as an adult, but in the past few years we have not always been able to find that brand. Happily, she enjoys the Tiptree brand just as much, and we will continue to purchase these. Careful though, I bought a case and it was not adequately cushioned and packed, and three jars broke in transit. Amazon customer service promptly resolved the damaged shipment.

Great taste. Too expensive. I'd buy again only in a pinch.
