This pan is the best and makes the best egg roll ups...
When I saw this pan, I had to have it. My whole family loves when I make "egg rolls" with this. It's simple, and fun, and they taste so good. Non stick without using oil. It washes easy. This is a YES. Treat yourself and you will see how easy and fun making a Japanese omelet is. I loved this pan so much I bought the larger size too!

Worth It!
This is our second purchase of this Tamagoyaki pan, and for good reason—it’s my husband’s absolute favorite pan to use when making egg rolls. The shape and even heat distribution make it incredibly easy to work with, and the results always come out great. Durable, reliable, and surprisingly versatile, this pan has become a staple in our kitchen. Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for a pan that performs well beyond just omelettes!

Pleasant Surprise
Absolutely one of the best purchases I have made. It just made cooking eggs and making omelets so much easier. It definitely is non-stick and you just need a bit of oil to make sure everything cooks evenly throughout the whole pan. Washing it is extremely simple as well. This is a quality item. I would definitely recommend it. A++

Great omelettes
I just received this item so the four stars as I can't speak to its durability over time. Regardless, I am very happy with the pan for its size and performance. It is useful for a single serving of hash browns and meat. It is best for a perfect omelette that can be rolled or folded. It cooks the eggs uniformly which I find most useful. A definite plus addition to my kitchen.

Beautifully made tamagoyaki pan.
This is a beautifully made tamagoyaki pan. The medium pan is a perfect size for 2-3 people. Has a good weight but not overly heavy. Handle is thoughtfully placed well away from the heated cooking surface. I'm looking forward to making yummy tamagoyaki at home now.

Perfect for this Japanese Tamagoyaki Novice
I was looking for a pan to cook Japanese tamagoyaki, to replace the tiny little 1-2 egg pan I got I-don't-remember-where (see photos). I am definitely a novice, but I think the combination of my old pan being cheap, being small, and trying to cook on a gas burner made it too hard. So I chose the larger, 4-6 egg pan in this listing. And it was amazing. The pan was SO non-stick (at least brand-new) that with the added cooking oil it was even TOO non-stick for my tamagoyaki and I had a hard time rolling/flipping the egg up, hah! I got a large, silicone spatula (plug: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DJH78DPF) that was nice a wide and worked well to help with that, as well as some cooking chopsticks to keep away from the gas burner heat. This pan worked very well with the gas burner, (though I did have to turn the temp down from what I've seen online, still) with the metal plate in the bottom working well to distribute the heat, especially compared to my very tiny one (see pics for comparisons). The egg cooked more as I saw in videos and as I expected, making it easier to not overcook. I only used 4 eggs (per my recipe -- meant for making bentos) and probably would have done better with 6, as with even only 3 layers, I didn't quite coat the pan each time, but the tamagoyaki turned out better than all the times I have tried so far by miles! I expect the smaller version of the pan would bring similar benefits, but I haven't tried it and don't need two pans yet, but if I do decide I need a smaller one, I will be getting this brand. There is still room for me to improve, but I am much more hopeful!
