Kinda the opposite of what I expected, but I'm keeping it
Hard to believe that this is leather. A tag inside confirms it, but I'm not convinced: the briefcase really doesn't look or feel like leather. Maybe it's PU leather or something like that, because it's starting to peel slightly at the edges, and genuine leather shouldn't do that. That said, it's well made, frankly sturdier than I expected. And although the sides are stiff, it's not at all uncomfortable to carry, either in the hand or slung over the shoulder. So I thought I was getting an elegant leather briefcase that might not be so comfortable and might not stand the test of time; instead, I'm getting a not so elegant maybe-leather briefcase that's pretty easy to carry and that I fully expect to last for years. So for this price-to-quality ratio, I'm going to keep it. Mine came with a pill- or bug-sized discoloration near the top.

The bag was spacious, however the material did not live up to expectations. The buckle clasp broke just after the 4th time it was used.
