While using this product I was able to grow my nails stronger and my hair grew like crazy! And it was super healthy even while bleaching it, shampooing daily....amazing product!

I finally got my hands on some authentic bamboo powder. I originally thought I was purchasing bamboo extract powder from PURE that comes in the brown bag, but turned out authentic bamboo powder is white, which is exactly what this product is. After finding that out, I was a bit upset the other company was falsely advertising their product to be something it’s not. Now that I’m taking this, we shall see how it goes, so far, so good. I will say this, the more powder you add to your liquids, the more texture you can feel as you’re drinking it. Not much is needed, only a tiny scoop, because of its texture I feel it’s best suited for smoothies, but I take it with most liquids because I don’t care about texture. I highly suggest trying this product out, at least. The other company is lying about their “bamboo extract powder”, will definitely update about my skin, hair and nails in the months to come! Update: Feb 23, 2024, YALL, my hair and nails are growing like crazy! You have to pair this with vitamin c to increase the benefits, those two go hand in hand and this has plumped my skin and I’ve literally seen my pores shrink overnight! Ah! I love it, and I still have my same container, a little goes a long way ♥️

I usually don't write a review, but in this case I have to. I am so glad I purchased this Bamboo powder before it ran out of supplies. The white powder is the best for hair growth. It also dissolved quickly, not like the brown one that has clumps when mixing. It's kinda expensive, but it's worth it because a lot of vendors don't have the white powder. I hope they restock soon.

I take one measurement spoon x 3 times a day. Nails are the very first to respond to this wonderful Bamboo Silica. Now they are strong and smooth I.e. the wavy pattern goes slowly away. Think my eyebrows got slightly thicker. But my final ambition with this product is to prevent wrinkles and erase the first signs of varicose veins. I did some research and many sources state silica has a tremendously strengthening effect on blood vessel walls. It also makes them very flexible. Silica also interacts with estrogen and is great for preventing osteoporosis in menopausal women. I also bought their loose Bamboo tea and sip it all day long. Love it and wish the company success and business victories.
