Fujifilm X-A7 Mirrorless Camera (Dark Silver) with Black XC15-45mm Lens [Amazon Exclusive]

I have to say, as a non professional photographer, this camera has just made a huge difference for me.+ The simplicity of the camera is just amazing.+ the fact you can charge it with usb C is amazing!+++ We needed a professional camera that we can also zoom with in our demos. If you update the camera firmware, you can connect it with USB to the PC and it turns onto a webcam! You can zoom in and out. And the quality is amazing. This feature alone made this camera an army Swiss knife for me.- on webcam mode, you can't change any of the settings. You have to change the settings before connecting it to the PC. However I hope they update that in a firmware release :)

I won't hide my thoughts. I really love my Fujifilm cameras. This was my latest purchase.It's small, gorgeous looking, lovely to handle, takes all my X mount lenses and I can make really good pictures from the camera.It has a wonderful large touch screen. If you need a viewfinder this may not be for you, otherwise it is an amazing camera! You won't be disappointed....

I bought this camera primarily to use as a webcam.It is one of the few DSLRs that can be used as a webcam out-of-the-box simply by attaching a USB-C cable to your PC or Mac.Fujifilm provide software that is supposed to let you control the camera from your PC to adjust exposure, zoom, colour balance etc.Unfortunately, this software doesn't recognise that the camera is connected and so won't work at all.I contacted Fuji's (very helpful) UK tech support who also couldn't get the software to work with any Fujifilm camera.It can still be used as a webcam but with no control of the camera and with all of the settings stuck on auto.If the software was as good as the camera, I would have given this 5 stars.

Although it does take quite stunning pictures (when the settings are just right) if you're using this for video it has a lot of issues, it refuses the maintain focus and tends to track back and forth between different objects in the scene and if you have a external mic plugged into it I found that it would disconnect the mic constantly resulting in unstable footage.I might have been sent a faulty unit but wasn't willing to take the risk on a second one so sent it back and got a refund.

I immediately hated the overcomplicated Menu, which needed the purchase of a full printed copy as the document enclosed with the order was unusable for its size. I sold the camera within a fortnight at a 50% loss.Do your homework before and instead of reading advertising copy. Mike

First throw at photography from a smartphone to a dedicated camera liked the look of the adverts on this Fujifilm last camera I had was in 2008 decided to buy this and what a fantastic camera it is still working my way around the settings but I'm really impressed Fujifilm is a quality product highly recommend

I bought this camera somewhere else but decided to return it since the built in audio interface isn’t good. I tried several mics but it is has a lot of noise. The I switched to the X-T200 instead since it is nearly the same but the X-T200 has much better audio.
