Hatoful Boyfriend Overload! Overflow! EX

For anyone who is a fan of the Hatoful Boyfriend games and spin-off series, this is a great book. It provides some good background information, reprints a few chapters of gag manga, and is generally beautiful. The price is a bit high, but I'd say it's worth it on the whole to support such a good creator.

I'd say this was worth is just for the ICPSS art of the Heartful House gang!Seriously though, this has a bunch of cute side stories and is a fun little read.

There's only 2 problems with this manga:1) Not enough birbs2) No physical version.

Hatoful is the best thing ever and I'm so happy to find there's a comic of it!I would imagine anyone viewing this already knows what's up, but, if you've only just seen this and you don't know what it is, I'd highly recommend checking out the game itself. It's a visual novel for the PC, which you can get for roughly £5, and it might draw you in with its cute otome-ish style and the idea of the characters being birds, but you'll be amazed at where the story ends up!You can also get the sequel, Holiday Star, for around £5. which you look at and think "aww, it's a cute little holiday/Christmas themed episode"... which it is... and yet it becomes almost Lovecraftian in its surreal horror later on. I shan't spoil anything more, but this literally is a series where you'll laugh and you'll cry, and I can't recommend it enough.

Hatoful Boyfriend Overload! Overflow! EX is a funny manga which got me excited to read as soon as I saw it on the Amazon store. I recommend this to any Hatoful Boyfriend fans, as it captures the character's personalities perfectly. Okosan, the pudding-loving nutjob, Anghel, the fallen Angel who is out to catch Shuu... This was a highly-entertaining book and I enjoyed it a lot. Please check it out. Really. You won't regret it.

This is a great manga. It's a spin-off of the game Hatoful Boyfriend, so you'd need to have played that first, but to those familiar with the characters it's a delight- very entertaining. I love everything Hato Moa makes, they're quirky and very unique ( the bird manga market isn't too saturated her!) and I really love the characters and the stories. I'm eagerly awaiting the next magna!
